EMT National Registry Review for Android
Mostly accurate, there were like 2 or 3 questions where I thought they were questionable. but most are very accurate! (in response to Brandi: diabetic ketoacidosis does create fruity breath, look it up.) I love the pop quiz notification!! Keeps me on my toes.
I mean, it's good practice. Don't get me wrong. But if you want to know why you're wrong, it'll cost you 5 bucks. Also, big bug problem, the app constantly closes out of the exams, without saving. That sucks. UPDATE: after purchasing, I discovered an alarming amount of answers that are wrong. For example, the question is "a hypoxic man is violent, and has a gun. What do you do?" The app says the correct answer is to give him oxygen, when you click rational, it says the correct answer is to back away slowly.
Not sure if this has any advanced level questions. After 3 exams it would no longer let me play for free.
Kinda pointless to have a free app that you have to pay to get any thing out of.
Some of the answers were not correct. I'd be careful with this application. Plus, before finishing a quiz it wasn't me to buy the full version. I'll be finding another app instead.
okay questions, but many do not conform to NREMT such as IV admin and some have rationals that contradict the correct answer. The Bookmark feature does not work and there is no way to mark your incorrect answers for review. There are no pictures or drawings as show in the preview. Lastly, I highly doubt that these are " actual NREMT 2013 questions and rationales" & " Cumulative pass rate: 96.1% Average pass level: 95 questions, 40 minutes. I did attempt to contact the authors, with no reply.-----there are better ways to spend your money if you are looking to take the NREMT
Really works some questions were on the state test thanks alot
Good questions!!
The app is a good app overall. I recommend you pay for the explanations because that will help during the test. You won't find the answers the same so don't get caught up on the answers being correct or not but rather the reasons to each question. I also recommend getting this app with significant time before your test, so you can have time to go over ALL questions and understand them.

I liked the design of the questions so much I was glad to pay the $5 for the answer explanations. What a surprise, the rationales were thoughtful, informative, and well written. This guy knows his stuff! Compare this to the REA Crash Course outline and quiz I bought before this! It was $10, and although the text was a good, quick and not redundant review of my 1400 page course book, their included quiz was lousy. REA had badly worded questions, and unhelpful explanations. Make this app your primary!
My bookmark won't work and everytime i hit "next" it asks if i want to purchase the app.
There are some answers that are wrong. For instance, it states that fruity breath odor is a sign of diabetic ketoacidosis when it's supposed to be from hyperglycemia. Also mixed around breech presentation and limb presentation. Be careful with this app not everything is acuarate.
You have to pay to download the app but then after so many questions you have to buy it again....tho the questions are good. I Uninstalled it.
Some of the answers are based on personal order of treatment
Yess emt
Love it
Really great app
I feel that the answers are not the best and the book mark feature doesn't work I will find a better app
I stopped taking the other exam when a "correct" answer said to give chest compressions to a patient with a pulse of 50
great app but the rationale is not for free
Stuff
Not to bad. Using it to refresh my mind while we have down time

I love this app. I take my NREMT in a little over a week. This has been so helpful.

Some great questions in here. However, a lot of responses don't make any sense

It's good but has its faults. Some grammar problems. For instance, they put kg but meant grams. Kinda a big mistake, but still like it.
