Jaxx Blockchain Wallet

So far so good. Been using Desktop app, and effortlessly created back up to Tablet. Syncs perfectly between desktop and tablet. Note to people reading the reviews, Jaxx is not part of Shapeshift so any money going missing between transfers using Shapeshift or high Transfer fees has nothing to do with Jaxx. Please add Ripple (XRP) wallet

Know what, it looks laggy on my device. And its sad cos im using an intel based phone and i had problems with instagram before. So i think its safer for me not to use it. Btw i like ui and wanna try this app

Unlike other users, I didn't have a major issue with this wallet. The main concerns I do have with it is that pending and recent transactions didn't appear in app, so I had to cross my fingers from that point which can be unsettling for most. I like that this app allows you to keep your private keys, however it really needs to get transactions sorted to be usable with confidence.

Thieves, that's what you are. Tried sending my Eth to my luno, you subtracted the mining fee and then returned it straight to your wallet. So in total you took your fees and did not do the transaction as required. I will not be using your services any more.

I didn't setup private key yet, but has sent ethereum to the account. My phone reset and after reinstalling it asked me to e terms private keys. This all did not even require me to create one when using the app but it needs it when logging back in? Is this a scam?

Guys, I lost 10 LTC after the last major update. My advise stay away from this wallet. I'm taking this as a fee which I paid someone to have you closed down. God knows how many ppl out there lost their ltc because of your wallet. I don't think your business will survive long due to no integrity in doing your business.

Jaxx cost me almost $900 for a shapeshift that just vanished. Both support said I needed the tx number HOWEVER there is no logging and the transaction history is not being displayed. Raz at Jaxx support is useless, no help just points to the FAQ updated to respond.. this is after I contacted shapeshift and their support, which is 1000 times better said they never revieved it. Since nothing appeared in the transaction history and there are no logs... it wasnt a Shapeshift issue

This is a good wallet. I'm not too sure why people are complaining about fees (Bitcoin side not Jaxx) and transfers. I've had no issues with Jaxx. Just know which addresses you are sending it to. Jaxx does not steal anything, they don't even hold your private keys. And with a lot of newbies coming onboard, know that there are risks, educating yourself is one way to avoid these risks.

THIEVES!! DO NOT USE THIS WALLET I've had unauthorised transactions happen on this wallet 3 times. The support is non existent and when eventually receiving a response it was to say that they are not responsible. All my passwords seed phrase and private keys are kept securely offline and no one had access to my laptop or phone when the ETH was stolen.

The complaints I see are mostly from either cretins or those that have done zero research and have no idea how crypto functions. Jaxx simply WORKS.

I would not endorse jaxx as you can not Shape shift anything, always fails and impossible to get your money out. I am not going to deposit anything as I cannot send or shape shift. The only thing that works is depositing funds but impossible to get out. I am so upset and feel like jaxx is shady and it is impossible to talk with a real person! Don't you see that a lot of people are saying the same thing yet you always reply have you made a ticket for support. How about you use the money your stealing, the least you can do is fix your app with the massive about you have stolen. Watch how their response is pretty much always the same.

cant see my Litoshis.. around 10k and above are missing. nothing good abt this wallet so far. Extensive collection of erc20 coins which get stuck in the wallet and dont go out when sent.. the mining fees gets deducted though.. nt happy

Thieves. First 20times no possible to transfer money, then just disappeared from wallet without any tracking. Luckily it was only 0.01ETH. Google should remove this app from the store.

I know some users have encountered problems but I use it for bitcoin and ethereum and I haven't encountered a problem. From my experience, all in all good app.

HELP!! Everytime I try and send Enjin coin to an exchange to sell, it just bounces straight back and I keep getting charged a mining Fee. No help from Support?????? they will not get back to mee!!!!!! does anyone know what to do???

The worst wallet EVER. Does not sync between desktop, chrome plugin, and mobile efficiently. Showed i had .1btc on mobil and desktop when i really had 1.15btc. Only showed in Chrome plugin. I almost had a heart attack when i checked on my mobile. Especially since i was 200 miles from my computer. Second of all the camera feature doesn't work on my Galaxy S8 Edge and makes transferring a pain in the ass. Third of all Shapeshifter sucks butthole. ***DO NOT DOWNLOAD***

on Jan 11 2018. i went to Bitnational ATM Machine to cash out my Bitcoin. There was a balnce of about $600 in my Jaxx wallet at that time. I wanted to with $20. I was not able to withdraw anything and the balance went down to about $5. there is no transaction history showing in my Jaxx wallet.

lags bad and buttons just don't work. traps coins till it decide to work. very bad. do not use. also history disappear.

This is a good wallet that supports a lot of Altcoins, but it's missing Ripple. You'll get 5 stars when I see that added. Can't recommend this without Ripple.

Frustrating. BTC balance won't show on desktop and can't pair my wallet on my phone.

Why is it that I scan the LTC address, enter the amount to send and click "Send" and nothing happens? Edit: Please respond. Urgent. I have tried everything to send LTC but the send button doesn't work! Thanks in advance.

Pros: access to more coins one would ever use. Integrated ShapeShift exchange. Cons: Not the best design and UI, not always as responsive as you would want. Camera needs to be enabled in app settings

Finally bought some of this new age future currency called Bitcoin and send 30 aud to my Jaxx app. Now the problem is the Bitcoin is unuseable because of the high minning fees. So watching all these Youtube vids of how cool it is use your app buying coffee aint going to happen. I mean whose prepared to pay close to 50 aud for a coffee because of the high cost of minning fees. For that sort of money I'd rather go to pub buy a chicken parma a beer and probably still have 10 dollars left over for pokies.

Guys seriously dont trust your Cryptocurrency with them, i have tried and tried so hard to shapeshift and transfer my ETC from jaxx to other wallets but nothing happens, it is stuck there. And the worst part is the customer service, sent them mails twice and till now no reply or resolution. Please dont put ur Crypto in this wallet. They are not serious about it anymore.

Funds have been locked up for over a week... can't do anything in the app... DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS APP YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK

Really like the app.. Smooth and runs well. Not sure if these guys also make shape shift, but would really like to know.. Also, token requests.. If I can make mention.. Terracoin and power ledger Wallet please (erc10 wallet for terracoin) would be most appreciated. Even without shapeshift.. Would still be good thanks. Needing terracoin wallet.. Terracoin.io is where their information is available and they also use github for source information

I have lost over $1000 worth of Litecoin trying to send the funds out of this app. I have contacted their support team and they have been unresponsive for the past 48 hours. This app should be banned from the Google Play Store. Do not use it for your cryptocurrency. You are guaranteed to lose your money. Google you need to take this app down. It cannot be trusted to perform cryptocurrency transactions. Just go ahead and Google "lost funds with Jaxx app" and you will find plenty of comments. I am not the only one who have lost their funds and been ignored by this company. At this time there are more 1 star reviews than anything else. That's because this app is a 1 star app. Read the reviews people. And Google take this app down for the love of God. People are being swindled by this company. You could be held liable. Read the 1 star reviews. And for any user dumb enough to use this wallet. Video record every transaction you make. Trust me. And when you lose your funds. Send the video to Google so you have proof this app cannot be listed in the Play Store. I've read comments online from people that lost money like me and wished they would have recorded it.

Ok. Im only upset about the fees. Why are you keeping 61.75% of my bitcoins. Thats more than half. I have $160 and i needed to send to another bitcoin wallet to buy something. It said i can only send $48. Now come on thats unfair. I have been defending jaxx for over a year now and this is what i get?

Demoted from a 5 to a 2....can't even send coins out of my LTC wallet....this wallet has gone from bad to worse, with little evidence of getting better.

The most buggy wallet I have ever used. The final straw for me was the Send button not responding on multiple occasions, basically trapping my Eth in the wallet. Do not use this wallet ever, get a hardware or paper wallet.

One of the best wallet apps imo, however often has trouble refreshing btc balance from previous wallet addresses used. Funds are not lost however.

This wallet kind of sucks, it creates a new address every time you want to make a deposit. I dont want that, I just want to use the same address for every deposit.

My transaction has disappeared when i shape shifted from bitcoin to bitcoin cash. I Lost £1000. Can you make sure it gets put into my wallet

I have used this app to exchange ETH for SALT and i have lose my ETH. The ETH was sent to shapeshift and I haven't received my SALT. Problem resolved with shapeshift, i sent an email and they fixed it.
