Africa: Live Safari Sightings for Android
Doesn't have live feed and its Google maps with animal icons so fake ????
Keeps crashing, pictures are of people, badly managed app. Great potential but rubbish

Really helpful app for deciding which route one should take, as well as seeing which animals are in the area. Would be nice to have the map stay on the same location and zoom after posting a sighting, as well as having the option to post gps coordinates for when you don't have internet. The live feed is a bit useless, with no filtering done for the area your in, and no drill down to the posting. Thank you for the app overall :)
No sightings visible on my screen.
Perfect

The new version is easier to use and we have really got a lot if use it of the audio field guide and the Pilanesberg offline map. But we would say that... We built it :)
This app just gets better and better. One of my core apps for sure.... use it every day.
Not much use offline maps as usefull as a gps cannot plot sightings on maps as Kruger park has about 10%cell coverage

If u are fan of wildlife and went to know what's going on in Africa with your Fab. Animal this is the app.
Please do not buy the offline maps. Waist of money and app craches all the time. Online option good.
I have paid for this app but it doesn't want to run ...
The app runs bit slow and the maps are not smooth, but I think it is a great idea. I know it is called Kruger live but really what is stopping us from using this at all sanparks, or kznwildlife reserves?
No sightings?! I can't see any sightings listed? Is this still supported?
Crashes, cant view things offline. Cant seem to ¨find¨ me. Phone number requirement to sign up doesn`t sit well at all!
Cool
Love this and found it very useful. Would be even better when more persons post sightings! Luv this and thank you guys for designing a great app.
Was waiting for something like this.
You helping poachers!!!!!!!!!!!!! Rhinos are in danger even more!!!!
Fantastic app -showed me exactly where all the lastest wildife sightings were -I hadn't seen a cheetah until Kruger Live found one for me! Also has loads of great info about Kruger Park and the animals as well.
Worked so well and improved our sightings on our Kruger Park visit. I would highly recommend.
If u are fan of wildlife and went to know what's going on in Africa with your Fab. Animal this is the app.
Allows you to use offline map in lack of internet connectivity,One can see and post the sightings even with no internet connection."Report sighting" feature is also very good.
Great features like search for sightings on the basis of duration and name, live streaming of sighting posted by this app users.
There are no specific maps and I cant see where the animals were spotted. Do not enjoy. There are better maps out there for free.
Great idea for an app, really cool! Well done to the developers!
Can't wait to use it
Horrible app, worst euro I ever spent.
Very useful and user friendly app.
Payment for offline maps takes money and does not work
Nice idea, needs a bit of help from someone that knows Android design though. Why the iPhone look and feel?
We had some troubles with the application and although it is still not working for the 1 device with help from Rob MacLean (MD of AfricaLive) we are trying to resolve the issue. If I could give them 5 stars for service delivery I would. But I have to rate the application in itself and it's ability to work on all devices seamlessly. We are unlucky with the fact that our Android Tablet is faulty. However with help from Rob we have the application working on another Smart device.
This is unusable, the application constantly randomly crashes when adding a sighting. How can this be used for any form of conservation research? I have been able to add sightings from 300km away or send people on a wild goose chase in the opposite area to where I would like to drive? Second "application" i have been disappointment with today. Not sure how this was awarded an award, not even the best of the applications in the store, and it doesn't work long enough to be used/judged? Please fix.
Used it a few times to log sightings and also to help reach a sighting that someone logged. Unfortunately...poor network coverage limited my use of the application. Have been advised by Rob MacLean from Africa: Live to purchase the offline map to allow logging of sightings when the network coverage is poor. Will try it. Prefer the online map. Offline map seemed less user-friendly.
Help full and use full info when on safari!
It makes me know more about Africa
Excellent
