I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this app as it works fine on my ZTE Spark. Perhaps the issues people are having is related to their companies I. T. department not configuring the server side correctly?

SAML verification token failed. System administrator not sure what to do. In order to log in, it's necessary to uninstall the app, reinstall the app, re-enter all information, and log in. Once it automatically logs you out, SAML will not work. You have to reinstall again.

Has major consistency problems. Availability is not allowing for adjustment from employee (me) and is not reflecting my handwritten availability, thus telling my employment that I'm available when I'm not, resulting schedule conflicts with other job. Please fix and keep fixed for a year, then I will give it five stars.

This app would be amazing of it always worked. Sometimes it will load and show me my team. Others it will only show me ONE PERSON. Recently it won't even open. It keeps crashing. It would be such a useful tool if it worked properly though.

Need to access this app for work but it keeps saying it cannot connect to the server. Not starting off on a good note for a new user

App is horrible to use for employees :/ can only view the current and last week on your time card making impossible to see anything before that. There is no support that I could find on the app for employees to get help. Just not user friendly wish my work place would go back to When I Work so much better.

We are being forced to use this app to check schedules and submit time off requests, which becomes a problem when you are getting an error code that no one can tell you what it means or why. There is no access to support, except through my workplace, and when they called about the issue, they were blown off. To be told "log in on a desktop from now on to do time off requests" is a ridiculous response to a technical error that is affecting multiple employees. There are other improvements that need to be made, but with this major problem there's no point suggesting more.

It only opens when it wants. Don't know how to reset anything so. So this app is worthless.

Kronos desperately needs a setting to increase the amount of time before it times out. Having to log in again after less than 2 minutes AFK is rediculous. Please add a setting to choose the duration of the time out function.

To get 5 stars, Kronos needs a push notification system so we know if a schedule is posted, shifts are available, or someone takes our posted shift.

Works somewhat, but the request feature is terrible. It's not requesting to my team but is sending it to others.

I can't access the tab on the upper right, there is a drop down of three dots covering it.

Works fine for me, life saver for me especially when I forget if I work or not

Constant Issues I have to use this app for work. As the GM, I can manage schedules, attendance and such when it works. Now, it won't let me log in even though my username and password are correct. Not the first time this has happened to me and is an continual issue with my staff.

Always has server problems and now it won't even accept my password. Garbage app. To any employers out there, if you want to treat your employees with loads of respect, don't use this horrible app.

Can't even log in. Enter the server id and that is as far as I can go. When I enter my number and password neither are recognised as valid. App will only work on apple and not Android. Extremely frustrated. Needs to be fixed so I can access my roster on my phone, and not have to wait till I have access to my iPad.

Has the potential to be good but really isn't right now. It has super slow loading times, has no "keep me signed in function" won't load when returning to app after awhile, requiring a restart, and has a boring UI. I like being able to see my punches and swap shifts but it has a long way to come before being good.

I cannot log into it. It doesn't accept my password and my HR lady cannot figure it out either. We have tried changing my password at work even and still nothing, but I can log into everything else at work.

This app is serviceable. It heavily depends on the device it's run on. If your organization is cheaping out on phones, you're going to be extremely frustrated with its performance. On a 3 year old Samsung device it can take minutes to be able to punch in and then minutes to verify it has done so. On a new Google phone the same process takes seconds.

Galaxy s8 will not work. Doesn't load anything other than blank blue screen. Useless.

So this is an updates review. For about a year this app has been great I mean not a single issue at all. Loved it. Until today, I bought a new phone (Samsung Tab 8) and back to not working. Seriously! Fix the dang bugs and update your app!

why would I have to type my account every time. I don't understand firstable I'm in my personal device, second who would want to see my work schedule third how do you enable the fingerprint ID. IT'S JUST HARD FOR THEN AND FOR US.

Always have problems with this app and I have to use it for work. This time It won't recognize my password. Fix it.

What's the use of having an app when you have to log in every single time you use it, even if it has only been a few minutes since you last used it. So annoying!

POS being used by Target - It refuses validate anyone trying to log in on android, constantly can reach the server.

This app constantly crashes and constantly tells me my account can't be verified due to a same token not being able to be verified. It's the most frustrating work app and has been nothing but trouble for me and my coworkers throughout our use of it.

The most shitiest work app I have seen !!!!!! Works for a day then can't even logg in at all ... my job savers should just keep the email punch ins and outs ... and they can submit form them damn self

Not very user friendly, felt sorry for the seasonal ppl at work that just couldn't get it to work properly on their phones. If they couldn't get the app to work, they couldn't see their schedule. Then if they missed a day of work, they'd then get an occurrence. How is this fair at all?And I'm not 100% sure if this app even makes the schedules or not? If so then this app deserves one star. Overall I hate this app,n how it makes it an impersonal experience all around. HR never does their job so this app sucks
