i-wireless My Account for Android
Every month when I attempt to make a payment, it says my information does not match my bank. This has been going on for a year and a half. I have verified the info matches for months. The customer service personnel have tried to figure it out. This is ridiculous. Fix it please!!
Every time I want to go to this app it is so not user friendly. I can never figure out how to use it. Nothing is self explanatory and I have to ask my granddaughter for help. And the fact that you have to buy a airtime card then load it to the phone AND then PURCHASE a plan with the funds is just redundant! It should be as simple as buying the airtime card and loading on the phone and then you're done.
I'm not saying the app is hard to use it is just very laggy. You could also improve layout. Another thing is every time I try to download users manual for my device it won't download,but I do have to say it is way faster than going to site. Just improve A little and I'll give 5
Can't login, just says wrong pass code. If it's wrong pass code then why doesn't it let you get another one. Very disappointing. I'm just going to get new phone somewhere else and tell people not to buy a phone from Kroger.
At login it asks for my phone number and it tells me my number is wrong.... Ummmm no.... it isn't. I know my own phone number. And what the hell am I supposed to put in the empty box below it? It doesn't even tell you. There isn't even an option to set up first time account.
This phone company sucks, and the app sucks more! Worst lifeline ever. You don't get unlimited minutes, and it says on the automated system its $10 for unlimited minutes and texts, but you cant purchase this plan on the phone or online, you have to go INTO the store and buy a card. Then, online, it says $10 will get you 100 minutes and 50 mb of data. Then, on the app, you cant sign up for an account, have no idea how to do that. This whole company sucks. Dont do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This app used to be nice. I could check my data usage, account balance & renew my service through it. Now it does not work at all! It has said cannot connect for months! I won't be surprised if Iwireless goes under and our phones stop working!
What good is an app that doesn't work. It use to when I first went with i-wireless, now its worthless. It goes to error and shuts down. Please fix this.
Helps make renewing my plan much easier..... BUT: App asks for passcode, when it should be asking for a PIN. First screen is unclear, with no "forgot PIN?" opportunity. If you had this, it would be 5 stars from me. I have a passcode when I use my computer, not my phone. Not stating that it was a 4-digit PIN threw me off and had me upset. Had to go to apps comment area to find others' comments that helped me see they wanted a PIN.
Someone please help me. It sys to enter your phone number then something below it which I believe is a password for the account. But I don't know my password. SOMEONE PLEASE ANSWER MY QUESTION AAASSSSAAAPPPP

Can't use phone internet will not work without WiFi even though its in my plan and cannot access app without WiFi keeps rerouting back to welcome page that says to download the app all over when I've already installed it. Phone worked after uninstalling app. Smh.
Can't sign on to buy minutes, been waiting a month for the app to work. I rely on my phone for work purposes, half the time I don't have a phone signal
It only lets you log on once in a while. Have been trying to check my account and keep getting a note ( not internet connection ) but this is not true. Im on the verge of canceling my service.
Need to sell top up cards at other stores besides Kroger. There's not one near me. That's the bad thing about access wireless.
I've been trying to use my I Wireless account and it's not working. it keeps asking me if I have a internet connection because the page can't be displayed and I do have an internet connection. is there something wrong with the app or the website?
Dropping this phone service. Recently had my phone break, went to 3 different Kroger stores looking for a new one. Only to find out that Kroger no longer sells them. The wireless website store would not let me login from the store checkout to purchase one directly. Long story short, their customer service is horrible, their phones are junk. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.
Really wish you would expand the Byop list tho. I have 2 sprint phones an HTC an a Tribute an neither of them are compatible with iwireless. So I'm stuck with a cracked phone..

Great when it works, but once again the app is no longer working. We can't all be having internet issues :p
Why can't we view any of our older call logs and texts. I need to see and track a few phone numbers and it was thins time last year.. what will you do I wire idiot's
When Trying to get on the internet, it blocks me by using the web page as a launching pad to update it by going to googleplay, and then spins its wheels doing the nothing dance.
Every year I like iWireless less and less, so -2 stars. The other one is because on the login screen it has this thing where I can have it remember my phone number, but there is no checkbox, it's just a blank space that does nothing. So I took a screenshot and logged in so I could find the feedback link that is in EVERY OTHER APP but it isn't there.
Not everyone shops there orbhas that store u need more ways to earn minutes I'm not going to keep a service that sucks and then doesn't take advise of its customer

My 3G isn't working, my texting and calling does, and I previously purchased a new plan (the 25$ one) on August 11th. My phone tells me to sign into network but it doesn't show an update for the app. I'm very aggravated and ready to get a different phone with a different carrier. I am disappointed. Do I need to purchase the same plan (35$ one) I had when I first got the phone?
I've had my phone since August I only have Facebook n messenger n this app on my phone and my storage is full since day one. For two months now I can only access the web with wifi because my browser is outdated and can't be updated. I can't even access the website to load my phone and this app will not open. All due to my browser. Customer service is always closed n unavailable. Wtf

The app and website are not working/connecting. I can't renew my plan/pay the bill for over a week now. I have no service/minutes/data, and only able to use WiFi for data. I'm beginning to think I just need to switch to a different company. Not worth the savings if I can't even pay for service. Please address quickly.

IT WILL NOT OPEN AT ALL? HELP! What do I need to do??? Now after reading several of the remarks I'm deleting it you guys fix this for real cause I have spent quite a bit of money to you guys the very least you could do is fix it I had 27 more points until I could have a free month now it says 90 something this is a straight up rip up off if you ask me. After this month I m going to find out what kind of phone this even is (all) I know is that it's an android phone. Literally -PERIOD BYEEEE UNTIL
Now I can't log in without restarting two or three times. Two weeks later, still can't log in to add minutes. At least I can do that through the web. NOT WORTH THE EFFORT TO DOWNLOAD!

Had a problem with my internet so I called I wireless and they told me that I exceeded my unlimited mobile data plan. Now how the hell do you exceed unlimited data on unlimited plan.… I have no idea, but I had to go and purchase another card when I had two weeks left on my account just so I could use my data. really I Wireless?
