Thank you Kroger! I have been having issues with this app for a few weeks and have updated it several times with nothing fixed. I just updated the app and it's working beautifully! Love the app with the coupons and fuel points! Please chill out on the clock list promos, there isn't a Kroger that offers it within 50 miles of me so I couldn't care less. Thanks!

I love the Kroger app. I can download coupons so easily, and I can browse the weekly ad. Those are the main features I use, but it does a lot more. You can make grocery lists and order on Clicklist too. My one complaint is that one of the recent updates has caused the weekly ads to be cut off on the bottom. You can't see the bottom edge of the ad at all.

Technical difficulties ... Technical difficulties ... Loved this app before the latest update broke it! Now it's useless! Another update and still can't clip coupons. Missed another free Friday coupon.

This new update I just did today is nothing but a complete NIGHTMARE! Removed most of my previously added coupons. Stalls, technical difficulties, BEYOND SLOW. Over 10 min to load 5 coupons. I don't have an hour to add new coupons or my old ones back on. I hate it. Going back to using the website unless this gets fixed asap.

Best app for Grocery shopping hands down. Great deals and simple to use. Have gotten the free Friday items several times, 1 of which was a $5 or $6 bag of premium dried jerky. Woohoo!!! I really like the option of making a shopping list as well.

I DO NOT like the new layout!!! (Edit:) Half the page has not been showing up since a few updates ago. Frustrating. Also, can not access it in the store, so I have to write down any downloaded coupons, or lists. So what is the point of being able to make lists on the site?

Do not update this app. Old versions were much better. This new version removed useful features, such as fuel points shown under rewards tab. This new version mainly tries to promote click list, which is useless for most users. So I uninstalled this app!

Payment processing for Clicklist is backwards to the point of not making sense. One subtotal is charged, followed by a grand total later- meaning you essentially pay twice up front. The subtotal is supposed to voided in a few days, but was not the case for me, so I was double charged and forced to dispute the transaction at my bank. Not worth using whatsoever.

There are pros and cons to this app. I like that the app lists items I frequently buy based on my past purchases/loyalty card. I like that I can search digital coupons and add them to my account/card. However, I don't like that it's so cumbersome to add the clipped coupon item to my shopping list. It's way too many clicks...its an extra step to add them to the clicklist and another step to add to the shopping list. I wish if you clipped the coupon it would automatically add to my shopping list. Then go into the shopping list and decide if I want to use clicklist or just use the list to shop myself. It's so annoying that it almost makes me not want to shop at Kroger.

Updated version got rid of the ability to directly download free Friday coupon. Have to go through a third party to figure out what it is and then sign in to account from third party website in order to download. Inconvenient.

This is the worst app ever. Yes, the features are cool like coupons and the weekly ad, but 90% of the time, the app doesn't work. I've been trying to download some coupons for about 15 minutes now because the app wasn't working yesterday. Guess what? It isn't working today either! It's constantly experiencing technical difficulties. I'm probably just going to use their website from now on and forget about the app.

Used to work pretty well. Now, with the past few updates, the app is incredibly slow for me. It takes a long time for it to perform any action, sometimes displaying only a blank screen while it tries to load.

Recent update has caused problems when I try to view certain things on my tablet, such as fuel points and purchase history. I have to access that info by logging into website thru my browser. This defeats purpose of mobile app. Sent 2 emails & called customer service concerning the problem and have heard nothing except that they have received the comments and will get back to me within 24 hours.

With the new update, you can't see the bottom of the weekly ad in print view. Very irritating. Anything kn sale at the bottom and the info on the Free Friday item are cut off.

This app is a good idea in theory. Coupons should be linked to cart. Categories of grocery items would be nice. You literally have to search what you want and can't browse items by category. If you add items to your "list" it is a task to get them in your "cart". Call me Kroger and I'll help you fix your app...

Update wiped all my coupons and personalized coupons are not even visible to reselect. Very disappointed!

The latest update (Feb 2018) deleted our 200+ item shopping list. Unacceptable.

Wouldn't let me log in. If I do get logged in and try to navigate to something different it logs me out and then....won't let me log in.

Its always saying technical difficulties every time I try to click a coupon

App has not let me download coupons for DAYS!! Tried updating, reinstalling...nothing works!! Get it together!!

I really like this site because I get to stay up to date with what they are saling. I really like looking for what they have on sale or clearance. Kroger's really helps me save money.

Items mysteriously disappear from your shopping cart. This bug needs to be fixed!!!!

Ever since the update the coupons won't load to the card keeps saying experiencing technical difficulties...

Great app to simplify my shopping and help me save money! I love the item search with the ability to see available coupons and add the items to my shopping list.

Was great until updated! Can't upload coupons, please fix this!

Can't look up order pickup times for click list, app sends to third party browser for order history. Doesn't give detailed instructions for pickup of click list orders.

Usually this app is amazing but I can't load coupons since the newest update

Occasionally has issues loading digital coupons.

Could not use it without registering an email. Uninstalling and going elsewhere for my item

Since the "click" program was added to the app, I have experienced nothing but problems with selecting coupons onto my card. Receive the "We are experiencing technical difficulties, try in a little bit". Well... I've spent the day checking every half hour and it's broken.

What's the point of digital coupons if they don't work? I've lost out on a few bucks every trip because these digital coupons don't work.

I love being able to look up what aisles items are in and also load coupons to my Kroger card while shopping!
