NOW THEY ARE CHARGING A MINIMUM AMOUNT FOR DELIVERY. AND THE DELIVERY TIME IS ALWAYS MORE THAN 1 hour. I would rather buy food from some other place. Biryani247 you just lost a daily customer. I used order frequently until you made a min amount policy.

Worst service day by day, and not even bother about the customer after their too many complains.

Well no doubt the food they are delivering is 5 star as per the price. Always took less time than estimated, food was pretty hot. I have ordered from them thrice and the quality was good every time. Being a software tester I want to say that your app needs a lot of improvement. Even i can give few suggestions. But yeah you are new in the market here so I am not taking your one star from review. Keep doing the good work.

Earlier it really was good Now the minimum order amount is just too high. Initially you guys were really awesome and it was easy to order but now to reach the minimum order amount is just not possible for a normal day. Please reduce the order amount.

As a natural phenomena the food quality, service quality has deteriorated earlier I was quite impressed but with some last transactions I am very dissappointed. Once they delivered me with wrong dish and even after complaining they did nothing. And the food quality is deteriorating. Moreover I think I got most dissappointed when they increased the Minimum order value in my location from Rs200 to Rs500, when I ordered for Rs 375 they said me/compelled me to add more but I didnt went for that, then they said food will be delivered after 1.5hrs. Is this how customers are treated?

Food is delicious but I'm giving 3 stars bcoz of the app menu and many section re not showing up plz send a update patch soon

At least give some contact info if the order is delayed, there is no real time order status on the app.

App is really a mess and promo codes r just for publicity they r not working and the customer care denying after order

The taste is good but the service is worst....they are giving the deliveries very late and not doing the thing that the customer wants they do it upon their wish...plz don't order from these cheap startups when you need the food urgently....

Well, I'm trying to order food and I'm quite hungry but no matter which section I go and what I try to order it's either "coming soon" or "out of stock" so, how m I supposed to order it :v

its nice food try it shahi paneer biriyani is nice but the main boriyani flavour is not there but it'as nice a little like plain pulao and paneer
