About Notepad To Do
CatNotes is not just an ordinary notepad with the calendar function. It is designed for the quickest handling and best clarity. This application is based on fact, people want to save mostly only ordinary notes or notes with time deadline and they want to do it quickly. If there are too many notes, they need to be categorized. So we combined these facts together and the result is Cat Notes.
The philosophy of this application is unique across the mobile world. The main differences from ordinary notepads and calendar applications are:
1. The colorful design, playful environment.
2. Categorized notes.
3. There are buttons representing categories instead of OK button – the note is always saved into a category without an extra click.
4. A very quick navigation by category buttons (there is also an option of sorting by event time or time of adding).
5. Notepad and calendar hybrid - you can add start and end time for each note.
6. No unnecessary jumping screens.
7. Widget displays notes which are about to expire shortly.
8. A special mode for quick deleting and checking notes.
9. The easy things can be done very simply and mainly quickly.
10. There is a very helpful illustrated help*.
* There are many non-basic functions which are nicely described in help – for example changing positions of main buttons, sorting notes by time of event or time of adding (ascend or descend), adding only date (without time), etc.
App not require Internet permission! You can be sure that nobody can't read your notes! Nevertheless, you can send your friend your note by e-mail and your friend can import that note to his CatNotes. You can migrate to another device by creating backup.

I love it! Eye catching and very functional UI. Makes recording daily tasks and thoughts easy and fun. You just type and pick a piccategory and you're done. You can add details later. Its that simple and powerful. Doesn't require extensive permissions and small file size. What's not to love about it?! Even has a widget. Try it! You will find yourself using it everyday. This is what I was looking for - an application that allows you to record things to do by date and not by date. A shopping list. Deadlines. Reminders. Appointments. Tasks. Jobs. This is all what this app can do. Brilliant idea. Can you add a use case where I can change the order of how the activities are presented on the screen?

I was looking for something to write quick notes and I found this one to be easy and useful. I would give it give stars if I could have the actual note on one of my screens without having to open the app. Just an idea :-).

The only bug's I found was, if you could add (subject) and your white background & black text is good. Can you add black background with white or green or red fonts :) sometimes our surroundings don't like white screens.

This app is so good that I felt compelled to write my first review. I actually feel like I am able to accomplish more every day as a result of this app. It I'd very well designed, which I appreciate as a software engineer. My only suggestion is customizable icons, but that would just be a perk.

I really liked this on my old phone. Wish there was a way to get all my notes onto the new phone and not rewrite them by hand one by one. I did make a backup but how to I import from one phone to the other?
