I was able to scan and pay my parking ticket, but was disappointed I couldn't pay with PayPal. PayPal is more convenient and offers another layer of security for me rather than typing in my credit card information. Also, I don't see where my card information is stored on the app. I'd rather not have to type in my payment info every time i get a ticket. Additionally, the ticket I paid did not show up in the "my tickets" tab. I'd like to see a full list of both paid and unpaid tickets.

Scan doesn't work but otherwise works fine...they charge you a $1 fee online as well, not sure why people are complaining. We SHOULD complain about why street cleaning exist.

Yea sure i hate parking tickets too. But i didnt have to call and tLk to nobody or log in to a website and waste time. I didnt have to create a profile before paying... it was easy. $1 is a $1 ill take it.

It is enough to fine someone just for parking in Boston and then on top of that charging people fees to use the stupid app

I used to use Ticket Zen but it seems not to be the app Boston is using anymore. This was easy to use, I scanned the Barcode not the qr code. The $1.10 fee is worth it to me to pay the ticket and forget it! Samsung galaxy note 3.

The QR scanner can't pick up the code on the ticket. And I agree, charging an additional $1 for using the app is ridiculous

The only thing you're good at is charging money from people. This is the best rip off I've ever seen.
