Kraftly - Online Shopping App

Hopeless Application. I ordered something I needed to go to marriage so trusting you people ordered something 6 days ago and tomorrow is the marriage and you delivered nothing. I was promised that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. Now I am in a big problem, so girls I suggest you to better buy from amazon and other sites rather than this one. I have been mailing them, chatting on support but no reply. WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER.

Useless application. i order sunglases but i didnt receive any kind of information related to my product whn i vl get it its soo disgusting u people have to work hard for this application

This is a fake website as first there shows that after sign up you get 50℅ off and when i made account then there is no any discount plus they make extra delivery charge.. They make people fool. Kindly request you all shop only on flipkart and amazon but not on this app..

Worst app ... They have making fool to the customers ... Firstly they ordered the product and after -5 to 10 days they cancelled the product nd told that the seller will not accepted your product ... And will refund your money in 7-10 days ... Nd there customer service is very poor .. even when they not resolve the issues they will cut call from their own side.... Worst site .. you will never get sucess in e-commerce with that type of service.... Pls don't buy anything from this worst site

Highly unprofessional Wrong size of shoes delivered late when payment done in advance. No option​ to give the shoes back. Called to customer care, none helped finally contacted to direct seller. Shoes delivered to Ashirwad foot wear to Harshvardhan, with cost of additional rs 300 , same has been received by staff Mr. Anurag. I have got confirmation by blue dart but Mr. Harshvardhan never confirmed. Still fighting. I have screenshot of courier sent by me as well as screenshot of WhatsApp chat with Mr. Harshvardhan who is still playing with money. Let's see if this feedback works

I hate this app.. It is fake .. I have ordered a dress and its showing that it will be delivered today.. And it is oit. Or delivery but I havent recieved any msg or mail regarded to it..

I had very bad experience with Kraftly. I have placed order twice for goggles and both the time it has been cancelled without any prior notification both the orders are prepaid orders. If you are not able to fulfill customer order they why r u guys display the product on your app or site. This is very unprofessional way of business.. Once again I have trusted this site/app rather I make fool of my self and I placed a order and as usual it got cancelled... I think its there business they take money by showing pictures of good products and investment that money in shares and returned in few days when they got additional benefits from it.. I am going to register a complaint against them in consumer court.. they have to pay for this... 3 times I have wasted my time and money too...

Pathetic service. Don't buy anything from this site. Quality is very poor. I ordered a saree from this site but it was very low quality material. My order no. Is 913007 and the amount is Rs. 1419. So that I placed refund order on 5th June 2017 but after 15 days also they have not refunded any thing into my account. Even whenever I tried to contact them they said product has not delivered back to seller, it's in transit. I am not getting the point why you people are not giving the services within time. It's your concern that when to delivered back the product to seller or how to get it done. We want service and quality of product. If you people are not giving that kind of service then just close your business. Instead of asking apology improve the quality, service and complete the transaction within time.

I loved the customer support.. Its a fully customer oriented site. Even if there is an issue with non returnable products, they return and refund for them. Have shopped a lot from Kraftly . Keep going

One of the worst shopping websites I've ever encountered. This website is full of fake products, at a price which is too good to be true. That is either done for publicity of the website or they don't check the products put on the website by various sellers. I ordered a guitar, which was a fake product, using online payment. I made the purchase on 28/06/17. They canceled my order on 3/07/17 and they now say that the refund will take 7-10 more days. I regret making the purchase from this website.

The delivery of products seems like a big thing after reading all the comments, but I hope this won't be in my case. Have ordered few antique clocks let's see if they are delivered in good condition.

Even as a seller I am experiencing such pathetic service. 2-3 days delay in pickup every single time. And the app doesn't let me add images from my phone. It says the image doesn't exist. Fix it or there's no use for the app.

Poor refund policy.. I bought something but it was so comfortable that i had to return .. I wanted to buy something else instead but due to such nasty refund policy I will never return back to this bulkshit app where everything is so delayed. In other online portals you get your refund to the very next day you return the product and sometimes same day refund...Very dissapointed with this..

I brought few things which were not upto the mark and when it came about returning the produts 1st five days the after delivery the option of returning the product was nt been shown and now when i am able to now its said that returns can be done on the adjecnt 5 dayz aftr delivery lol soo what should i do with the product which i dont want i want to return n get my money back

If you're a regular shopper, then finding the right product will not be an issue, but I found the collections to be quite repetitive. The products are good nonetheless

Pathetic service.If you want to return the product then be ready to get the refund after a month.Quality of product is also not good . Customer service is also not good.They talk rudely with customer and we can't give feedback to them. Highly Disappointed

Cheaters... Never seen app like this in my career.... If you can't return the right product then you have no right to give the fake platform for buying & selling. Why are you giving pick up & drop facility . What's the use of it. And why are you sending mail for new order, pickup has been scheduled, order delivered, return request accepted, case closed etc. What's the actual use of these mail according to you. Because generally these mails show the proof; An actual path. It's not about the money. It's about your work ethics & don't say reach us at support@kraftly because this is a hell.

I found the collection of women's wear to be really wide in terms of sizes. So if you're using the app for the first time, you can stumble upon your size just like that.

the collections for women is pretty huge, but its not same for men. I hope they'll look at it and work on adding more products. Rest, all is good with Kraftly.

They deliver quality material. It is not like there are copied from branded stores, but you will definitely find creatie designs and styles

Overall, a decent experience by shopping from Kraftly. Have tried a lot of stuff from here, and never have experienced anything bad.

Some things are poor quality some is great .jewelry is good an cheep. Some things come in wrong color. And takes about a month to receive. So shop wisely.
