Horrible and buggy POS which has cost our company a lot in lost sales. Support is also dismal with little follow up. Half baked product with no support. Anyone reading this should forget about using Kounta unless you are a tiny business. We have over 100 covers in a busy service and this is when Kounta decides to act out. 0/10 would not recommend.

The app is great...but. Its too laggy for a busy cafe. A split second delay means people think the button press hasnt worked, then hits again only to have the item appear twice. Unfortunately im going to have to buy an ipad instead.

I just don't get it. I registered. It set up my account then asks me for a pin number that i've not created. So how do i get in! Very frustrating.

I have opened 3 stores now and Kounta just can't keep up. If you are looking for a POS that can that will include promo's, look elsewhere.

We are struggling with Kounta. As a standalone POS it is okay but with plenty of quirks that make it cumbersome. When having to integrate with EFTPOS (we are in NZ) it is horrid! It relies on a company in the USA called blackline to communicate with which fails more often than not. Essentially when a payment is being made Kounta talks to blackline which then talks to smartpay (the only approved EFTPOS for Kounta) and then back to Kounta. Needless to say transactions get lost, the system crashes A LOT!

This app is ok. I would actually use it more if it saved my login name and password. If I use Chrome, I get a much better experience. I suggest using your browser instead of this. It's faster too.

Crashes to often, reverting to the Web based version. Once all the bugs are ironed out will jump back onto the app. Overall, good effect for a beta version.

Just like Kounta on a whole it's unrefined. No way to adjust the size so you'll be stuck working with tiny text and icons on huge white space. Your best bet is to adjust screen size in Android 7+ system settings. No full screen option to get rid of the status bar and navigation bar. Just missing simple things that would make so much sense (it's definitely a Kounta product). Square POS is miles ahead in every way.
