Email to Mms Name plugin

Email to Mmsに表示されているアドレスが連絡帳にある場合、
アドレスではなく名前が表示されるようになるプラグインです。

プラグインをインストールすることにより、以下の画面が名前で表示されるようになります。
-送信履歴画面
-メール作成画面

プラグインは連絡帳を読み取るため、パーミッションを要求します。
-android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
パーミッションを使うことを承諾する場合のみプラグインのインストールをしてください。
プラグインをインストールしなくても名前が表示されないだけで、Email to Mmsは正常に動作します。
