I have a Motorola Droid Turbo. I uninstalled another weather program to make sure I had enough space before installing KOTA MOBILE app. It starts installing and I can see in my notification bar area it is installing . I then after 20 minutes it is still installing, Not Right !!!! I went into the Play Store and it still is saying Installing but nothing can be seen in the Notification area of the phone. What Do I Do? It just stopped and I can not Uninstall the partially installation !!!!!!!

It's good except for the weather alerts on the new version. My phone was going off literally every 2 minutes today for the same alert over and over. I had to shut the sound off on my phone to not make the boss mad! Pretty ridiculous! It'll get 5 stars when the overzealous alert system is fixed.

Not everyone in "KOTA Territory" is IN Rapid City. My temp is 64 while you show R/C at 72. So, why does the widget ONLY show R/C?

Works pretty well just wish there was a tweak menu so i can disable the notification on top bar. other than that it seems to idle in background fine, 0% cpu used means no battery consumption when in background. Also has a good radar on it comparable to weather bug.

At least once a day my location changes. One day it says I'm in Rockerville, another in Hill City, the next in Custer, Black Hawk, etc, etc. I haven't been outside of Rapid in months. Fix it so we can set a default permanent location. The only current default location setting is for alerts. Today it says I'm in Silver City.. smdgfh!
