This app makes it really easy to memorize and get it to stick. It was so much fun. Love it! I wish there were more practice levels available at the end though, maybe create a level 19 and 20 or something so we can practice new words

This took me no time, I am very greatful I am now able to read hangul

I used this on an old ipod touch and its was so easy, I bought it again for a refresher course.

I just started learning Hangul and I found this app perfect to learn both the alphabet and the pronunciation. Very simple yet effective. The whole screen is used to display large characters so that it is very suitable for smaller screens. If I would have a suggestion, it would be to show how the characters are written (the sequence of strikes). Gamsamnida!

This app is super simple, leading you through different combinations, each set building on what's come before, constantly reviewing. It's brilliant.

Helped me learn Hangul very fast; in just one day! I love how it has no explanations and has no written English whatsoever because it forces you to think for yourself and catch it better rather than rely on checking explanations over and over again. You learn faster because it sort of throws you right into it with no help :)

Happy, like the way you sound it instead of trying to romanize makes it easier to pick up and therefore read. As someone else stated a few more practice sessions at the end would be good.

Fantastic

A simple app that assists very well in setting the foundation for accurately sounding out individual characters as well as many combinations. Each lesson seems to progress fairly logically to the next, allowing the material to be absorbed and retained. My only gripe would be that it is sometimes difficult to activate the sound when pressing on the characters. Very good overall!

For what it is, you will be able to read the alphabet in no time. Sure you won't know what anything means but I couldn't think of a better starting point

One thing that I would have liked to see is the inclusion of the "w" sounds, which are actually formed by a combination of vowel symbols. As such, those sounds aren't really individual letters, but important to understanding Hangul, nonetheless.

The best app for self learners!!! I learned all the vowels and consonants in a week, and can read/write most in less than 2 weeks! 감사합니다 ^o^

No instructions, no menus, just clean pronounciation that goes from simple to more complex. After using it for a few hours a day for the last two days, I can sound out korean words. This is just amazing. Great wotk on this app, clean and simple. I do wish that once you get a few chapters in that you could get to the "sound board" (with all the letters seen up to now) right from the home screen. It would be helpful for practicing.
