So unknowingly, on eoss season I bought approx quarter a dozen products from Koovs. And it came to utter shock to me all the things were super perfect in size and most importantly quality. I bought boots and walked 2km on first day wearing them - guess what it didn't pain my feet at all. Now that was some true to core website I had finally found. Now I don't think twice Koovs product even on full price . Thank you Koovs . Stay like that I am counting on you.
Great designs from Koovs itself and love the quality. I've been very apprehensive about shopping online but Koovs proved me wrong. I really appreciate your quality maintenance. Keep it up:-)) oh I'd love it if you could speed up the return and refund processes, it takes about three weeks for one refund. Other than that, thanks for the lovely products. I'm gradually redoing my wardrobe thanks to you guys.
Nice products, nice app.. but boring traditional way of shopping Build some interactive approach. I wil suggest. Apply your color combination astetics and ask user - what do you want? 't-shirt' , -on what type/color of bottomWear. Accordingly catalog your smart results...
This app is awesome and discounts are good. But when u are buying shoes they have weird sizes, my feet size is 6 and all brands fit perfectly but for my surprise koovs brand size 6 is larger for me. I really liked the quality of shoes but the shoes size is larger. When I contacted customer care they said it is d smallest size they have. So I have to return it! So sad u r losing out on this having such a great app! :(
Horrible experience i had with koovs.. their products are amazing but their service horrible.. last time i had so much problem in returning stuff that i decided not to shop from koovs.. bt still i shopped on holi discount.. n they cancelled my ordee due to some "technical glitch" n nw asking me to re-order after the discount is over!
This the worst e-commerce I have ever faced. Service is too slow. Customer care won't say exact details. I asked details about return they no u can't return.but after I req return on website they came picked wat the hell. Don't use this domain use some other. Total waste of money.no return option on app . don't make fool of customer or else u won't survive
Hello there, Recently this app is acting crazy. It show error cannot add it to wishlist or bag and for that i have to uninstall and download the app again.. Doing it for the 3rd time whats going on... Its annoying
I have two orders. Ordered on 10 th Mar, yet not delivered. After 14 days, when contacting the support agent, he updated that the shipment is misplaced by the courier agent. Now asked to cancel and give me a confirmation. Said it will take 24 hrs to send the refund confirmation. First of all why do you need 24 hrs to confirm when you can already see the shipment has lost. And moreover the agent has a tone of voice as if I owe Koovs and I am asking some sort of favor.

I'm unable to add any products to the cart as I keep getting an error - Access token is not valid! Additionally, unable to view my recent orders, items in my wishlist and other account details. Please fix this immediately.
My experience with this app till now was awesome. I have ordered 6-7 items from KOOVS in last 1 year and almost all of them were nice. Even the customer support of KOOVS is also a thing to appriciate. But recently I'm having a problem with the app. Whenever I'm trying to add some item in wishlist or trying to place a order (add to cart), it is showing an error like 'user token invalid'. Even all my previously added items in the wishlist and the cart have been removed. I'm facing this issue since last 2-3 days. KOOVS needs to work on their app.
This is such a junk, I'm not able to login to app. I tried to signup using different Id that is also not allowed. I tried to add the product to bag, it says error : invalid token. Nothing is working. This is the first time I'm trying to use this app.
Exchange process is very long. It takes 7 to 10 days to exhange an item..which is not competitive when compared to myntra or flipkart. Delivery guy will come nd pick up first and then after 4 to 5 days they will give the exchanged product..poor in this market
Its good but they should add the feature to help the costumer track their orders... It will be more convenient then. As after making order i'm not able to get any updates regarding the delivery or it is dispatched or not.
Demerits: 1.extremely lazy service. 2.Never meet the expected delivery date given by them 3.Dispatch the product after 5-6days of order. 4.don't care attitude towards the customer. 5.return policy is very complicated. Merit:products are of good quality.
Worst experience even though products look good. They notify you that offers are present. But when you try to shop it shows your access token is not valid!!! I mean why give fee notification that offers are available then?? I have been observing this from quite while now. And they don't even try to solve the issue!
I have always loved koovs. I have been using the app for my orders and stuffs. But lately the app is very glitchy. Right now I am not able to put anything in my cart. Whenever I try to that and error msg came up informing that "Access token invalid", I have no idea what it means This happens all across your products. I am not able to order anything because of this and today is the last day if the Spring collection offer so it really is a bummer. Could you guys please look into this asap, coz If this keep happening again I dont really think the ratings will ever go up. P.S: I am not able to order anything because of this bug.
All your prods are exactly as featured n good except for the way its packed n sent. The packaging always arrives in torn or shabby condition. Its a big dampener aftr awaiting eagerly for my order to reach me.

The best thing about koovs is that the customer care support !!! They r just awesome and they attend to your problems like there is no next day!!! And then featured styles, prices and everything r so lovely,cool and trendy❤❤ love this website!
The collection is really good & appealing but recently I've had a heart drop when I purchased a product of Beyond Clouds which was a Bardot Dress that I used just for once & all the threads started coming out. Then the Foot Couture sandals wore out just once after I wore them. Really disappointing guys. I've ordered like a million times but this kind of problem never occurred and also Koovs never had a problem with quality. What is happening guys?
I have ordered several times on koovs and the products are really of top notch quality and of the latest trends.. But the problem is the app.. Specially since its look is changed.. It doesn't log in and always shows error.. I had to reinstall it to be able to login..
Worst return process ever. There's no return or exchange policy on sale products and they do not mention it clearly on the app!!! Uninstalling this ! This was the first order I placed. Doing good with the customer experience guys! Poor customer retention policy.
The quality of clothes are good. Prompt delivery. Very pretty designs. Great discounts sometimes too. Only thing is the app needs work. My wishlist sometimes just gets empty or I am unable to access it! Hope this is fixed soon.
The best shopping app to me I've witnessed by far .. Just a one problem is that I gotta call the Customer Care for every steps taken up whether it's for returning, cancelling or do on.. These like options should be there in the app. Please fix these up at the earliest, otherwise it's ultimately my favourite stop for shopping stuffs..

Service is vry vry poor whether it's xchange or refund and customer service also cannot provide xct details. ....very bad experience
