Koorong Reader

Crashes if you have more than 2 books. Difficult to find another app which you can load koorong books into. Very annoying!

I like this app to read books on my tablet but the text is to small on my phone. Also the highlights and notes don't work or at least don't work properly.

Terrible app, slow, crash's, please get me a better app

This is a terrible app. If it wasn't for the fact that I can't get my ebook onto a other one now I wouldn't be using it. I want to highlight but it doesn't work, and many of the other feature also have bugs. You really need to do something to fix this Koorong. People are counting on your app and it is letting us down.

Just crashes. Wont load books. Underlining seems to cause the crashes. Just bought some books very disappointing. S7 user

App seems to use a lot of resources and is non responsive. Not really usable in its current state.

The app suddenly stopped working. I clicked report, not sure if it emails log file correctly. Not sure if I ever get any reply why it just won't work anymore.

I was so looking forward to reading the book I'd just brought, but unfortunately about 20 pages in the app crashed and then continued to crash. I uninstalled and reinstalled and got the same problem again. Please fix the bugs in this app! There are so many people who need apps like this and your letting them down with all of these bugs.

Works well on Samsung Tab. Terrible on mobile. Text too small. Slow loading on Tab and mobile. Also, I have to continuously log back in. Such a nuisance. Support mentioned enhancements months ago. Not sure if anything has been updated. Would really love to support you but product needs to work better.

This thing always crashes. It seems my books I purchased have now disappeared, and even when I could access my books I paid real money for it was annoying to read them. The simple act of turning a page seemed like a huge ask. Very laggy.

Stopped working halfway through first paid-for book. However, I uninstalled and reinstalled, rebooted my tablet and it eventually resumed working well. The program does not respond well, to highlighting. TEXT SIZE: options, xxlarge works for me

This current update is beyond me. I have never been so frustrated in all my life. It is so slow. It takes a minimum of 20 min to get to the first readable page of book, just to start reading the ebook. When you do get in to read your books, it takes 2 min to turn a page. Then you only get half a viewable page. Can you please update your app with appropriate fixes. Ive spent alot of money to purchase ebooks from your site to read on my samsung. To this date i havent been able to finish reading a full book because of these constant glitches. page.

Very efficient

The app works OK, but even at xxxLarge font size it's still going to kill my eyes to read for any length of time (Galaxy S4). Kind of a fundamental failing for an eReader. Why are the font size options so restricted?

Even at the largest font setting, the text is far too small to make for comfortable reading.

Use this on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and love it. Easy to open and read.

It does the job, but I find there are some problems at least for my device (galaxy tab 4) (I know this app was designed for phones not tablet): the highlight/notes function doesn't work, and selecting something from the table of contents option doesn't work.

Really disliking this app on my tablet right now, wish we still used digital editions. I have a lot of trouble accessing my library, the app stalls before my books open. I just want to read and it wont let me in.

Won't open at last read page on nexus, have to go back to beginning each time and try to remember what page I was on! On the plus side it would take free downloads otherwise only available on American kindle.

This reader is fast, efficient and stable. It works beautifully on Galaxy s3, s4 and Note8. Clean interface but lacking some features. Tech Support advises that future updates will add more!
