Apache Pizza App

Absolutely a joke I wouldn't even give them 1 star refusing orders before the store closes no customer service at all

Always putting up there prices layout is bad and there food is far from consistent

Love the food at Apache but the app force closes a lot. Otherwise brilliant service :)

It's ok.. you should have app deals

No validation error for credit cards when number entered is incorrect. App doesn't close when you press back button twice even though a dialog box appears saying press back again to exit. Not brought to tracker after successful order brought to home page instead. Tutorial overlay is nice an option to ignore would be handy

Everytime I order a split pizza the store rings us to say we didn't put any toppings onto the pizza

Would give 5 stars but was not brought to the pizza tracker. Fix and I'll give 5 stars :)

Ordered pizza from the Tuam outlet. Waited 1 hour for the food. Called restaurant no proper apology only got lame excuse that traffic is busy. For real? Tuam busy traffic on a Tuesday evening? Just a lame and rude excuse. Cannot recommend ordering from them unless you want to starved to death waiting for delivery. Had to drive into town to buy somewhere else... And there was hardly any traffic on the road! ORDER CANCELLED!

Works well. I would give it 5* if you could pre-order. As it stands you have to wait until your local store opens to place an online order

Frustrating Create your own pizza... couldn't see a summary of the 4 toppings, so restarted the order, got to checkout on the app and my order was in twice. Deleted 1 order confirmed purchase, arrived to pick up order to discover just a cheese pizza ready for collection. App needs some fine tuning.

Horrible app. Keeps resetting settings, no idea if the pizza was ordered as the history is empty, rubbish UI, 5 screens of security checks to pay by credit card! Horrible horrible horrible

I like their pizza but the app is pants. Its unresponsive and laggy. 3 attempts at putting my order on and just resorted to phone.

App not at all user friendly. Lots of functions not working. Always end up have to revert back to website or just place order over phone.

Poor journey, think their location piece needs work placed me miles away from actual location. Some steps are overkill. Domino's still the best in the market for me.

I live 2.3km from Apache and told me delivery charge is €96. Rang them and there not surprised

Difficult to use and the pizza is cheaper when using the app I don't like being pushed into using this mediocre app.

They forgot about the order and had to wait 2 hours for a pizza

Finally finished ordering. The UX is shocking, it's like they never used a phone app before.

I have ordered from this app 2 times and both times I have bin waiting moor than an hour for my order to be delivered even though I selected 15 minutes for my delivery time and when I call the place I get the same excuse that they are "very busy" not impressed

My order was ignored and I was told when I called 90 minutes later that usually app orders are just ignored if they are busy or closing within 2 hours. Do NOT use this app. Call the store or just order from elsewhere

Only used this app once and never again. It took an hour and a half for the food to get here and when it did, it was awful. Called for an explanation and never got one. I don't know what has happened to Apache Pizza, but they've gone seriously down hill.

Terrible app. Pizza never even arrived. Still charged 23euro. Called number of store and phone just kept ringing out. Never again.

Option only home delivery no store collection

Access to photos required? Seriously why does a pizza shop need access to that. Will be swiftly be deleting this app.
