This app is very useful, but pls developer's, make available the option to delete a wrong account to enable a right account. I have my own account but I tried to create an account for my dad, but eventually made a mistake, but already the phone number that linked the account was already registered in kongapay on the process, but he couldn't make use of the account bcus it continues showing something went wrong. If there was an option to delete the account I would 've deleted it and create another one.

I honestly don't understand why someone will complete a transaction, get notification that the transaction went through, your account gets a debit yet you do not have value for your money almost a week after the transaction was completed. I keep calling and they keep telling me the same thing everyday "Your money will be refunded today" I wish there was a - rating for this yeye app and platform.

I love this app and will continue to use it. It makes payments fast and simple. I would have given it five stars and recommend it to my friends if they are able to accept international Visa issued cards for transactions. For now, it's only cards that are issued by Nigerian banks alone that they accept which is disappointing.

Don't even think of installing this app. What I have to tell you is do proper in house testing before releasing a horrible app to the public. I spent a whole day trying to place an order on konga with kongapay after registering. Well, I got my sweet revenge as I converted the orders to POD and canceled after the item was shipped.
