ويقسم الكاتب في هذه الرواية -التي نفدت طبعتها الأولى خلال أسبوع واحد، وكان عنونها الأصلي "أمل وعمر في الفراش"- ثوار يناير إلى أنماط يبحث خلالها عن دوافع الثورة لدى الثائر ومصيره بعد هزيمتها.
