The app crashes before I can even create an account, so I cannot use the app with the toothbrush. Any idea what's going on? I'd like top actually use the toothbrush for what I bought it for rather than just having a super expensive basic toothbrush

This app does a great job tracking your tooth bushing over time. Initially it had problems in earlier versions, but now it performs admirably. I use it all the time and the companion tooth brush is a great device with long battery life.

The coach option is great. The little kid game mode jumps around to much to actually accomplish any real cleaning.

Level 4 has serious issues. The guy just jumps around all over the place, and doesn't respond to the toothbrush at all. I'm brushing exactly where it tells me to, and he doesn't respond at all.

Difficult to change the length of time you want to brush for. Could do with a two-second gap to allow you to change the position of the brush. With a single user, the 'rewards' are meaningless, as they just keep adding up over time, and there's no comparison to previous results, or goals to aim for, or anything.

With latest version, it immediately crashes after launching on both my and my wife's phones.

both the game and the coach crash as soon as they start. will look for an update that fixes the issue but for now it's just a normal toothbrush for which I paid a lot and waited a long time to receive.

Forces to create new profile but the app just hangs while creating new profile. Lost all previous progress.

Difficult to brush PRECISELY the way the Coach wants me to. Instructions unclear. Support responds... eventually... after several days or weeks.

NOT designed for use by now than one person! It does not sync accounts. Half of the settings options disappear randomly. Very frustrating.

Pretty nice needs more games for like a girl. But she likes brushing more.
