Kohl's: Scan, Shop, Pay & Save

I really like the functionality and offerings of this app, but it drains battery life more than any other app on my device. Please fix the battery issue or I will uninstall. If it would not kill the battery, I would rate it 5 stars. Even after recent update that says battery issue has been improved, it hasn't. Still at the top of the battery usage list. Killing my battery!

Overall it is a great app. My only issue is sometimes it is slow to load. Otherwise I love that I don't have to have any coupons in my purse. I just need my phone. It is easy to scan or enter in my coupons, gift cards and Kohls cash and always have them on my phone when I get to the checkout.

Love the wallet! I never have to worry about having my coupon or Kohls cash on hand either when I'm physically in the store or shopping online. I don't use the app on my phone to shop much because I prefer not to shop that way for anything.

It will NOT take my valid email address. I have a lot of Kohl's cash and this app wont scan the backof the rewards. It states that itis not a Kohl's barcode. Oh yeah? You guys need a bettet tech team.

So helpful! I like having all coupons and kohls cash on the app and not having to keep up with paper ones. This app is easy to use and loads quickly. I use it to shop online and on in-store shopping trips too to see the sales ad and coupons or check prices and other products available.

Can never delete old codes I put in. Says "error deleting" every single time. Needs to be fixed.

Issues with barcodes not coming up for Kohls cash.

Barcodes aren't coming up for coupons and some coupons don't show up period even though it says it's already in the wallet.

Slow site, tons of errors, crashes constantly, sucks the battery dry quickly on your phone even while charging

I love kohl's because I can shop on line and have everything shipped to me cause I have a very bad back and I can't come in to shop can do it on line and have it shipped to me

Can't add my gift card to the wallet

Between the savings and variety they offer I love kohl's!

Price scanner and wallet for coupons are the best idea!

When adding an item into the cart that appears available, a "SKU not in inventory" error shows, even after selecting different sizes & color. Would also be useful if my store honored the price the app scanner provided in store. I showed/demonstrated this to cashier. So I wanted an item yet I walked out without it :(

I have not purchased anything thru the app nor have I window shopped. I have attempted to select a category of clothing and then apply filters to the category at which point it freezes everytime. Newsflash to Kohls, Walmart, and Best Buy: If your goal is to survive against Amazon, fix your apps. Your apps freeze up and crash all of the time. Amazon's app rarely ever does.

This last update has made the app all but useless. It constantly crashes when trying to apply filters, go to my shopping cart, and go to my wallet. What exactly can I do without it crashing? Not too much...

I use this app mostly for the wallet, but the wallet needs some improvement. It is difficult to swipe between offers and Kohl's cash. My card won't scan in to the app like it says it will. Overall, this app would be used a lot more often for me if it all worked smoothly.

Saves time for me it's quick to find what I want sometimes some items are not available in my sizes either it's all sold out or not available, that's frustrating. It's not always easy for me to get to a location near me. I'm rating it four stars because of this I still love Kohl's!

I have tried to reset my password for months. I call & get some weird excuse. Done! By the way my balance is 0. So there is no need for them to lock me out of my account. Going to jc penny or marshalls by kohls by Felicia. Lol

I put things in my cart but my cart will not open. I wanted to purchase and pick up at the store. When I stopped in and showed the cashier my trouble, he did not care. When I told him I had a coupon and Kohls cash. He took my phone and said I did not since I was not able to add it to my cart.

I have lost SO much money in rewards points because there is a loop when I try to sign into my wallet. Even when I am AT the store signed into their wi-fi it still doesn't work. It doesn't work at home either. Every single dollar I have earned in rewards points, which is about $300 dollars, has expired because I can't access it!! They have done MANY updates and each time I hope this loop will be fixed and it never is!!! I love Kohls, but I keep spending money and I'm losing my rewards, its very frustrating!!!

By the time you add codes, things get down to what they really cost. MVPs should always get free shipping, but we don't. You have to spend a lot to get free shipping. Returns are great and so are in store employees. But they don't answer emails well. So I'm saying Kohls is OK.

This is seriously my new favorite store. GONE are the days of spending $100 for one outfit!! And if you just so happens to spend $100. You get $20 IN YOUR POCKET. Look great spend less #kohl's

This app was great at first until the wallet function stopped working. I can't access my wallet bc when I sign in it always asks me to sign in again. I tried emailing the address on here but it was undeliverable .....go figure. Deleting this app NOW!

I love this app. It's an easy and great way to shop. Except for one issue. It won't let me checkout. I get to payment, enter my info, click to continue to review order, and it says it needs more input. It won't tell or show me what input is supposedly necessary, and it doesn't matter that every possible field has the information already entered, it won't let me continue. This issue is the ONLY thing keeping me from rating it five stars, but it is a big enough issue to drop it to two stars.

I love this app. It makes it easy to keep track of my kohls rewards. Easy to use at the cash register.
