DO NOT BUY THIS SCALE. App is atrocious. No benefit to having a bluetooth scale when 99% of the time I can't log into the app, you need to be connected to internet + bluetooth to see history, and there is no way to export data. Good scale rendered useless by this trash.

The Apps should allow the access to the history data in the phone storage even when there is no internet connection or when the Kogan server is down（although Kogan server is getting stable in recent dates） It should also allow user from logging on to access their own history data through browser at platforms other than this phone apps. Also, A facility to download the history data is absolutely needed.

As with Many of the comments from the other users. I have not been able to logon on the first attempt on every occasion, save once. The weighing scales is great but this companion app is so bad due to its manner of logging on each time to record i would now look at something different.

Ap constantly doesn't open. It worked at first which was great. Now can never get it to work. Even after reinstalling.

App has worked fine for me til recently. Please fix, this app has been so useful in keeping track of my weight

...but how do I export the blood pressure data? An image does NOT qualify as an export! Rubbish app.

Can't even log in! I've been able to log in once since I installed. Very poor.

Why do you have to log in anyway? Surely they can change it to just sync data daily/weekly without needing to log on to graph your measurements

So frustrating that I need to log into the app to see the data from the scale. Surely this isn't necessary? It would be okay if the login actually worked but 95% of the time, it doesn't.

I bought both the scales and BP machine (July 2016) and neither will connect via Bluetooth on my Samsung Note 4. I'm not tech challenged (I'm a scientist), it's the app. Also, BP cuff is tiny - skinny people don't need to track their BP regularly, bigger cuff not an option.

Took 6 goes to log on the first time. Worked the next 4 times. has not worked since, won't log on. Very Poor. I wanted to be able to see my history, the app is part of the scales & the app does NOT work.

I thought it must have been a problem at my end but after reading all the negative reviews on here about this clearly problematic app I now realise it is NOT a problem of my doing - I keep getting the cannot connect to server error as others have reported here so am very frustrated as a result and will ring Kogan tomorrow to report the problem and see what they say.

Works ok for me... Not any more but Kogan app told me about the above and it syncs and records you weight just the same.... Try it

Why can't I log into the server anymore? Why can't the app work independently of the kogan server anyway?

Can't login.

Each time I open the app, same error over and over. Takes about 15 attempts to login. Have tried this on multiple phones (3 phones), same issue. Once logged in, information is very useful. But is pointless if you can't even get to the interface. Please fix ASAP. My scale is kind of useless without the tracking with the app.

DO NOT BUY THIS..I ignored the messages below and thought "It can't be that bad can it". App is trash and always crashes. I suggest you splash out and get something else.

Worked ok for a short time then started to stall on login. Tried reinstalling the app and tried resetting my password. Everything failed and I cannot find any support on the internet. Kogan lift your game! !!!

This product continually fails to connect to bluetooth. I have a very recent model known brand phone with excellent bluetooth but this product simply does not perform. It is not fit for the purpose. Don't bother with it.

Pity that this app does not work, the concept of synchronizing the app to the weight balance via bluetooth is good but the software is terrible. It is not reliable and error messages are meaningless. I was hoping that over time the bugs would be fixed but NOTHING has happened. Now none of our smartphones (LG, Sony) work with the Kogan bluetooth weight balance. The app will just not DO ANYTHING when you open it, it tries to connect but goes into a loop. This must be the worse software app that I have come across. Can't believe that a company such as Kogan can't do this properly.

I see heaps of negative reviews. While it was confusing to get setup. Seems to work for me. Doesn't work at all on iPhone IOS9.

Normally I love this app. But when I get network errors, it frustrates the life out of me. Enable off network recording, with later sync and I'll change my rating.

Why do I need to authenticate with Kogan servers for a product that connects via bluetooth? That's stupid. Why are there no export functions? How can I get the data out? Are you going to force me to transcribe it by hand?

Why do I need to sign up for a kogan health account? At least allow sharing of profile data. There is no integration with Google fit. To transfer days to phone the app needs to be on. And if the app crashes it doesn't work. Also your bmi ranges are wrong.

As long as I open the app before I weigh myself it syncs straight away but my only niggle is that I weigh myself in stones and pounds but the app only has pounds and kilos so I chose kilos on the app and it converts it instantly to kilos so I guess i now know the conversion of both but just odd

Same issues as Cat Goode - server or network error, it is so frustrating and I would seriously give NO stars if I could - Kogan please fix, it's called product support

Originally i gave this five stars but now the app will not connect to the server so my $100 scale is useless. Why do i have to log in to a server when the app uses blue tooth.

Hi. Fit for purpose app until the 5.0.1 android update then crashes every time you open it. Can We have an update please guys? Fixed. Thanks for the update :)

After registering the app crashes when Bluetooth is on. Unfortunately it requires Bluetooth to support the smart scales. This makes the smart part of the scales useless and leaves me with no more information than a cheaper model.

Running Android 5.0 Lollipop on my phone (Samsung Galaxy note 3) and since the initial install and trial of taking blood pressure, it now crashes every time you open the app. You can not use it at all because it crashes imediately. I have un-installed the app and re-installed, but nothing works. Kogan please fix this problem as the blood pressure tracker is very important to me. Cheers.

Scales are connected. Never loads data. Especially since update to lollipop. Requires a push to refresh data function.

Love the info tracked in this app would love to see a pedometer that we could buy added to this app to keep track of step/calories burned/workouts to make this a fully functional health/weightloss tracker!

On my second bluetooth blood pressure monitor as Kogan thought there was something wrong with the machine. It is the app. Please fix.
