Min. Order 500 is too much. People don't buy grocery worth 500 everyday. I am uninstalling this app. Ola store is far better.

The banner in play store says you could use a 50% off code, however after installing the app and on check-out it says the code has expired.. The customer care are not helpful as well.. Disappointed and uninstalling right away..

I'm not able to find any stores near by me my area is Hyderabad my suggestion is you improve your outlets in Hyderabad also

I had opted for 50 rupees discount as I had used my reward d point but they deducted my reward point but I have to pay the complete amount. I even asked them but didn't get the response

Most dumbest of responses i have ever received. how can ten household item listed on the page gets out of stock all together that too things like face wash , toothpaste, ..worst quality of vegetables ..better shut it down.. this is not my first experience. . I have encountered it with jiffstore multiple times..

Very intuitive gui, easy to order, fast delivery, clarity about the order status at each step. I got the orders delivered in time and it was quite smooth. Great app. I was able to move most of my grocery shopping to jiffstore and life is easier. Payment option is badly needed though.

Send incorrect order. When pointed out, delivery boy promises to come back with the right order. Needless to say, delivery boy never shows up again. All this drama so that they may not have to give Rs 100 as they promised on 1st order. What is the point of making apps and all advertising when you are not honest in your business. No one picks up phone at customer support. Do they expect customer to ever give them business again? Dumbsters !

You are shown items in the app that are actually out of stock in the physical shop, mostly. When you place your order, then you must be ready to have your order cancelled at any time without getting any notification. Also, if you book some items for delivery at a particular time slot, then chances of getting the items by or before that time is marginal.

First we book using book which I got through referral and the store keeper accepts my order. Later they call and tell we can't come and the coupon is also gone. Worst app

Every time you order you would receive a call saying most of the items specially vegies are out of stock. App doesn't have a feature to change the city.

Things looked ok at first. Encouraged you to buy more and accumulate reward points. Wiped out all points through an automatic update. Advertised Rs. 50 off on Ganesh Chaturthi, but never gave. Support folks are clueless and lie. Would never recommend this service.

Fast and good service provided by jiffi people. They are doing great job.

Prev I prefered jiffstore against groffers due to their quality service.. but after three times order cancelled with out notice . Do not rely on them. 1) no idea why it got cancelled. 2) I think it was due to rains. But a lady spoke telling it was bcoz of server down we couldn't get your order. 3) an order which was to be delivered on Sunday mentioned in point 2 couldn't be delivered due to high volumes. Which is absolutely a worst reason I could ever hear. This review is for bangalore mahadevpura area.

I got two three times delivery correctly..after that I referred my friends and got discount codes, but when I ordered with these codes, they r cancelled my orders more than 50 times...

Still NO services to basvangudi or Chamrajpet??? When peppertap,grofers, ninja cart can deliver y can't you!!!

Awesome app for buying groceries online. I loved the deals & the offer zone along with its prompt delivery schedule. I have saved quite some money using the deals. I would recommend the app to every online grocery shopper.

Hello Mr.Jiffstore founder Mr.Satish Basavaraj - every order your person says no stock, are you guys mad. You don't find simple bread item or simple amul butter milk item. If show all big big stores like Spencer's or nilgiris but u don't simple item ??? Close the business man why u give such a non sense .. Compare ur service to bigbasket or ZopNow learn from them .

i had ordered 4 times and everytime they said stock is not there. very bad. had to cancel order each time. waste of time. no seriousness.

Apart from non availability of some items, Its very good. Offering flexibilty in time of dilevery is also a plus. Very nice app

Crappy app. Your order value will be 212. But once u place the order you get a message saying its 253. Customer support is horrible. I tried contacting atleast 30 times in vain. Terrible. Order no.J47265. Order never delivered.
