KODAK MOMENTS - Print Premium Photo Gifts

Second year in a row the app doesn't work - just freezes. As soon as I try to add photos it just stops. There is absolutely no reason why either the app or the kiosk you need to download EVERY single photo from every album on my phone before it will allow me to do anything. Other apps to print cards and pictures don't do that. I am done with Kodak Moments unless it becomes A LOT more user-friendly if you have a lot of photos.

Tried to use the Kodak kioks app and have no choice but to use the new one and it is the worst thing I have ever used just took me 40 minutes to print 2 photos. Was just painful take it back to the old kiosk app

So pissed, downloaded the Kodak kiosk to print photos and as soon as I opened it I was hijacked by a screen from this program and couldn't print photos until I downloaded it!!

The website keeps dropping out and losing my hours of selected photos!!!

This Kodak Moment app for the kiosk is painfully frustrating to use. I wince when dealing with it. I'd rather endure a root canal.

Last year the Kodak App /wifi printing/processing at Kodak kiosks (Bartell's Drugs) worked great "5-star". Approx 9 months ago could not make wifi work; tech support could not connect to Kodak kiosks. Months later Bartell's installed cords do customers could scan, print etc. Now, with new Moments App, still have not been able to use w/Kodak Kiosks. Any positive help or comments would be appreciated.

I've found the app to be unstable. Finally managed to order a canvas after several error messages. Offered a free collage as a 12 days of Christmas offer but can not upload it at all to get it delivered so it's pointless

This app and the kiosk experience is the best example of the worst user experience I've ever had. From the 60+ mb download size to the abysmal kiosk instructions and poor touch interface. It's a wonder why Kodak is still in business

Would not connect through WiFi, very user unfriendly. Went through 3 different stations around town before I found one that worked. Will use shutterfly from now on.

I just ordered almost 400 pictures... I was so nervous that the order wouldn't upload, after spending all that time... But it was perfect! Awaiting their arrival!

Bloated, takes 3x as long as the old app Have to submit pictures twice to use in kiosk. Constantly tries to upsell you more expensive products

Horrible App that hijacked Kodak Kiosk! I don't want those other features. Now I can not print a p photo as simply as with Kodak Kiosk. Avoid at all cost.

Used many times to print photos at local Target and to order large framed prints. Never disappointed. The prints come out beautifully from my camera phone. Love the ap

It never works when I try to open this app on my phone. When it is open, it is so incredibly slow and won't load my photos

You need to make it easier to connect to kiosk using android phones. It's a headache every time I try.

Hard to add more photos after initial upload, haven't figured out how to use thus, and not finding any details.

App has changed and is no longer user-friendly. I do not like having to select pictures first, rather than as you go. Unpleasant experience.

Unreliable, slow, connection interrupts every single time. Cannot even print one set of photos that are all the same size

Kodak has and IS the best photo site ever. Their color is brilliant & real.

This app sucks. Couldn't connect to Kodak printers via wifi and kept losing hours of work. Avoid if possible.

Was unable to use my laptop to place an order so I had to post 98 pictures to Facebook.

The old app was better. Always have connection problems

I spent forever making Christmas cards , when you get done there is no way to go back and edit once in checkout. Also unlike their competitors, they have no available online promo codes. I know it's a dumb excuse, but I plan on purchasing these for simple fact of all the time i put into it! Haha, but it will surely be the only purchase Kodak gets from me.

The app kept losing connection with the kiosk. Took about 5attempts to successfully print 2 pictures.

Thus app will is not easy to use or navigate.

So far what I've done was very easy but I could not find a promo code nothing matched for that part. A great app

It doesnt load all my albums. It also takes picture out of oder then were taken.

I at first it was hard to get the app but then it was ok and now see it's much more easy to do it this way

Very difficult to edit and arrange pictures for my collage tumbler.

I love thius app. I take the pictures off my phone, send them to a kiosk, pay for them and pick them up.
