KOA

Will not let us receive any campground updates so we can't see any specials that koa may offer please fix. The update really messed it up.

We constantly ran into a glitch that would never confirm our reservation and would either double book us or would lock us out so we had to call and confirm our reservation anyways. Convenient when it works though.

This things uses more than half my battery, even when not being used. Otherwize its a pretty useful app.

Shows no campgrounds in Big Sur, Ca., or Big Bear? The ones it does show have allot of info, but I'm looking in all locations, not just a few

So hit and miss, just like the koa wifi connection in all koas that we have visited.

The staff of Point South Yemassee NC should get TEN STARS**********they were much more then KIND & HELPFUL!!!!!!! Always plesent and extremely ploite going above and beyond. I pulled in extremely ill with serve heart complications and was out of one of my most important medications. They did all they could to track it down (UPS) I really thought I was a goner!! On the third morning (Christmas eve) a knock on the door and it was a KOA gent with my meds.. What a wonderful present!!!!! I will most definitely be returning to this KOA.... THE STAFF MAKE UP THE QUALITY OF THE CAMP GROUND AND YOU COULD NOT HAVE HIRED ANY BETTER PEOPLE AT THIS NC KOA!!!!!!!!! LIKE I SAID TEN STARS FOR "EACH ONE OF THEM!". SINCERELY, PAUL W. HOVERSEN. KEY WEST, Fl. & LONG ISLAND, NY. MERRY CHRISTMAS & A HAPPY HEALTHY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL!

The KOA descriptions depend about on who's running the campground keeping things updated (hosts). It's OK for booking, but what O didn't like was it will show that there are reviews for a certain campground, but it didn't link to them so you can see what fellow campers say about it. There are easier ways to go camping or find places and while KOAs offer allot of amenities, because there tend to be tons of kids at them I don't usually put KOAs at the top of my list. Uninstalled app, sorry.

90% of the time I just get a black screen before it closes. 10% of the time it begins to load then closes. I don't what a generic email the company to see how we can help response. Just fix the darn thing.!.

When I start the app,it never gets past "Loading".

I did not find that the filter or search options were adequate for searching for a campground you've never been to. My two most important things while searching are that a campground is pet friendly, and has some sort of beach (lake or ocean). Neither of those are filter options, though I would consider them to be fairly common wants. Otherwise, the app was fine, not difficult to use, just didn't present the type of information I look for.

Im a truck driver with a family and I use KOA's and their amenities all over the U.S. and theres a " feels like home" feeling there..Enjoy

Could be better if I could read and post reviews. Currently cannot do that. Not sure if it's supposed to or not. I can see a rating and number of reviews, but not reviews themselves. Otherwise, great app. Easier than the normal website to find and get overview of the campgrounds

I am having trouble downloading the app to my Samsung S5. Keep getting an error message. Is this a temporary issue?

Can find a KOA camp ground anywhere in the U.s.a

User friendly, no problems downloading and easy to navigate. HTC One M8

So far we have stayed at 7 different KOA campgrounds in the last two months. And everyone is suppose to have Internet (wifi). Everyone is is pitiful. Weak signals shuts off every five minutes. Either you have wifi or you don't. Don't advertise something you don't plan to provide.

We started coming to this camping grands in 1988 and now my Father &Mother are gone I bring my kiddos and they love it just as much as I did thanks for all the memories KOA.....
