Downloaded the app. But I need to set up an account but there is no new account setup on it that I can find so I can't access my account I have been a member of idelaire from there beginning so for YEARS now they gave an app and I can't access it also there should get rid of DIRECTV and go with Dish they have better channels and better service have of the channels on here don't work and directv don't care

Only been using it long enough to create an account and look around, and already have had three force close with errors by pressing my phone's back button to return to the main menu. A feature to add money to membership card through app would be nice, unless it presents too much of a security risk.

Yes, I'm so lazy I prefer the ability to change temp or channel from the comfort of my bunk w/o having to get up and saunter those few steps

App doesn't supply a great account link. Wasted data downloading an app that has no value.

Customer service is great w results. The Idle Air Attendants are very customer service oriented. They care.

First time user of Idle Air system.. downloaded this app also.. can't complaint.. at all Have a remote control also.. It takes a second but does the work.. thanks

Well, it's about time! The folks at Convoy Solutions took their time and came up with a full featured app that appears to be stable and functional on both my Motorola Droid RAZR Smartphone, and my Verizon Ellipsis 7 Tablet. When I plan my route I can now see all the locations and plan out my layovers. Now, if they could add a "Reservation" feature it would be PERFECT!!!

Got logged in and when I tried to go to change channel area it stopped functioning. Now I cant get into my account on it but all the other things work. Please debug.

Wish you guys could come up with a way to change channels without getting up..a remote would be nice...thanks
