MTM Mobile is the app version of Knowledge Advisors’ Metrics that Matter® talent analytics platform. This app is designed to gather and leverage peer feedback on training programs via your mobile device to inform better learning decisions.

Integrated with your organization’s LMS for tailored course information, MTM Mobile:

• Allows you to navigate your organization’s training catalog
• Displays Date/Name of all available classes
• Displays list of locations that have classes available
• Displays a star rating and feedback from other learners who have taken the class to facilitate better training comparison and selection
• Allows users to submit surveys to provide feedback on training programs they or their employees attended
• Notifies users when new surveys are available using push notifications and alerts
