I used to buy everything from knockmart after the upgrade i check everyday for daily needs, things that supposed to be available all the time, but nothing is there! No items to be found, so depressing, i used to rely on it very much!

there is a huge problem in payment methods , must add Vodafone cash , because online payments is a huge failure

I solely rely on knockmart for groceries delivery for over a year now. They have the fastest delivery (always comes is around 30 minutes) and order is always correct. Prices can be more competitive but it is very convenient compared to other supermarkets as it comes fast.

I returned items and never get refund. They don't want to deliver me again. Very bad experience and slow app.

The new app is really slow. The categories devision is hed to get and its a hassle not like the old one

8 egp delivery fees! All markets deliver for free..

You need a search filter. Also a way to report items missing from stock, I am talking about normal items that are found everywhere
