Phonics Spelling & Sight Words

Downloaded this app and it doesn't even open! I would like to know if the publisher has a minimum requirements for the app I'm running on android 4.4 if there is you need to specify this in the information panel .

The o and l sounds are backwards. They need to be switched around.

While some sounds and words are OK, the sound oi is given the same as ou, which is of course wrong. For digraphs that have two sounds only one is given. The sight words section asks words that are phonetic, such as bay (ay = ai) so shoul not be in that section. The sight words section also doesn't give pictures or other clues of what word is that you are spelling. This is fine for words like the but generally it isn't very helpful for learning new words

My four year old daughter and I noticed for the word art sounds just like fart and the word bag the "b" they pronounce "f". Letters have to be lined up perfect. Most 4 years will struggle with that. I don't approve of this app, I don't recommend this app and I will be uninstalling.

I downloaded the game and nothing works on it. I can't drag the letters to spell anything and I can drag the pictures to the right speed because it keeps making the noise like it's incorrect. Don't waste your time until they can fix this!

I don't usually rate things but find that this app needs a rating. I rate it a three for two reasons, the letters that go to the individual boxes is too sensitive and doesn't grab even when the correct letter is near the correct box.. the letter has to exactly line up with the box or it doesn't get accepted. My three year old doesn't have the best hand coordination yet and this game is not impossible but hard for this reason. The second complaint I have is that the ads are not age appropriate.

My 5 year old enjoys spelling with this app. One feedback/: while doing potato in jumble spell, he tried to put t and I too tried simultaneously. After t, o disappeared. Check this.

I installed this app today. My son enjoys the educational games, but as I was observing him spell the word "turtle" it does not show the letter "r" so he wasn't allowed to complete this word. I don't know of any other glitches thus far.

We just downloaded it for my first grader and in the first exercises I already discovered an error in the pronunciation of the dipthong 'oi' for the word 'oil'. That's got be corrected. Hopefully that's not indicative of how the rest of the app has been put together.

Even i cannot see this game...i know that this game is good for my 5yrs old daughter.

Good app but vowel sounds incorrect for may, hay, etc. Please correct.

Doesn't have all the great graphics of some other games, but it has really helped my daughter with reading

It helps my brother with spelling

I'm aware children need to see both capital and lower case print. However, when they are completing the activities I would prefer the letters to be lower case unless it is a proper noun. Just saying.
