1. How to knit basic knit or knit stitch (K) technique with continental method:
Step 1: Hold one of the knitting needles and the knitting thread on the left hand. Then wrap the yard ball on your index finger and let the end of the yard hang.
Step 2: Hold the partner's knitting needle on the right hand, then insert the right needle from front to back on the first plug of CO.
Step 3: Attach the yard ball with the right needle pin and pull the thread out.
• Step 4: Push up on the first plug of CO in the left needle until it is released with the help of the thumb.

Step 1: Hold the knitting needle with CO in the left hand, then hold the partner's needle and the knitting yarn in the right hand.
Step 2: Insert the right needle on the first stitch, then circle the ball yard to the back of the right needle, then circle it again in front of the left needle through the two needles, as shown in Figure a. Then pull out the looped thread, and the left thumb pushes up the first puncture in the left needle until it exits (the yard ball tip is held by the right hand), as shown b.
Step 3: Increase the needle puncture at the lower and needle puncture stance.
Step 4: Perform step 2-3 until the CO puncture in the left needle runs out (move to the right needle). To create a second row and so on, move the right needle to the left hand again and start knitting like knitting the first row to get the length you want.
