*BNK경남은행 스마트뱅킹에서 비대면계좌개설시 신분증 제출 단계에서 본 앱을 이용하실 수 있습니다.

앱에서 사용하는 접근 권한에 대하여 아래와 같이 안내 해드립니다.
접근 권한은 필수적 접근 권한과 선택적 접근 권한으로 나누어지며, 선택적 접근 권한의 경우 허용에 동의하지 않으셔도 앱 사용이 가능합니다.

■ 필수적 접근 권한
· 전화 : 고객대응 및 부정 사용 방지 목적으로 사용합니다.
· 저장공간 : 백신프로그램 및 기기의 루팅 상태 체크 목적을 위해 사용합니다.

■ 선택적 접근 권한
· 카메라 : 신분증 인식, 영상통화 본인인증을 위해 사용

■ 안드로이드 OS 6.0 미만 버전 스마트폰을 이용하시는 경우, 선택적 접근 권한 없이 모두 필수적 접근 권한으로 적용될 수 있습니다.
이 경우 운영체제를 6.0 이상으로 업그레이드하신 후 앱을 삭제 후 재설치 하셔야 접근 권한 설정이 정상적으로 가능합니다.

■ 기존 설치된 앱을 사용하시는 경우에는 앱을 삭제 후 재설치 하셔야 접근 권한 설정이 가능합니다.

■ 선택적 접근권한의 철회는 [설정]-[애플리케이션관리]-[앱 선택]-[권한 선택]-[철회]로 가능합니다.

ㆍ신분증 제출/촬영 : 신분증 원본 촬영 후 제출(자동 촬영)
ㆍ본인 계좌 확인 : 부산은행 및 타 은행의 본인 계좌 보유여부를 확인합니다.
ㆍ영상통화 : 상담원과 영상통화 후 실명확인을 완료합니다.(실시간, 예약 선택)
ㆍ소액이체 : 타은행 본인명의 계좌에서 지정된 계좌로 일정금액 이체를 통해 본인여부를 확인합니다.

ㆍ이체 출금이 가능한 당, 타행 금융기관 본인명의 계좌


ㆍ본 서비스는 최근 30일 이내 타 금융기관 통장 개설이 없는 만 19세 이상 내국인만 가능합니다.
ㆍ전자금융사기 예방을 위해 해외납세자, 금융사기 관련인, 대포통장 명의인 등 일부 고객은 이용이 제한 됩니다.
ㆍ전자금융(인터넷뱅킹+스마트뱅킹) 가입은 OTP보유 고객만 가능합니다.
ㆍ실명확인은 본인에 한해서만 가능하며, 기존 신분증 촬영인식이 실패할 경우 다른 신분증으로 시도하여 주시기 바랍니다.
ㆍ아래의 경우 신분증 진위확인이 불가할 수 있습니다.
