نفذت هده المبادرة من قبل طلائع مشروع تحفيز بالتعاون مع غرفة تجارة وصناعة جنوب الخليل، مشروع تحفيز منفذ من قبل الرؤيا الفلسطينية بالشراكة مع اليونيسف ووزاره التربيه والتعليم يستهدف ما يقارب 2100 طليعي وطليعة من القدس، نابلس، طولكرم والخليل، وتنفذ المشروع مؤسسة الرؤيا الفلسطينية، بالشراكة مع اليونيسيف وبالتعاون مع 15 مؤسسة قاعدية و 40 مدرسة. ويعمل المشروع على تعزيز دور الشباب في مجتمعاتهم عن طريق تزويدهم بتدريبات تتناول مواضيع مختلفة منها المهارات الحياتية ويركز على التوجيه والارشاد المهني، ليقوموا بنهاية المشروع بتنفيذ عدد من المبادرات الريادية والمجتمعية.
