All this app is good for is getting the KMB free ad-revenue. The times displayed have never been accurate since this new app version was launched. I will go to the 93a stop as it will state it arrives in 15 minutes., only to have the bus arrive almost 40 minutes later. This means that I could have taken my other bus option instead but the app makes me waste time. It's bad enough that they have cut back my available routes from 10 minute intervals to 30+, now I have an unreliable app to go with it.

The arrival time of bus shown in this app is extremely unreliable. The old app is much more reliable and user friendly than this one. When the mtr is reaching more destination in hk, your rubbish app which cannot provide accurate information will keep u away from the market.

The arrival time is totally useless, if follow the arrival time to wait for the bus, especially, the last schedule one, you will not be able to go home. The previous version is much reliable! I called the hotline many times to complain, but still no improvement.

Stuck at the splash screen 80% of the time. Unsure but seems to only allow you to use the app once the full page promotion has been loaded. This makes the app unhelpful and unusable.

i like it after it reduced the power usage, so far so good. but i have experienced the bad part of using this app is that the buses actually didnt follow the schedule at rather positive or negative way. it is okay for user to experience the false positive case which is delayed schedyle, as we all know the travel can be quite random in some cases. but the truth is that we can never tolerance false negative case which is the bus had gone even though the app shows it still has 2 minutes to arrive! when you can miscompute 120 seconds, there is rushly at least 2km physical error. this is ridiculous and make this app totally unreliable. i believe user is not seeking for perfect, but as an indicator, this is not a product which can be classified as satisfistory.

On9 bus app now it doesnt even try hard all waiting time disappeared suddenly. I hope u will disappear like the waiting time.

It keeps prompting me there is an update but it does not show in Google play. And I am unable to open the app to check the KMB bus schedule. Please help.

What the... The full screen adv is a big trouble! Speed is critical to this app and it just fails to fulfill the requirement. And it's always missing my exact location that made me search the routes manually which in turn slower down the procedure! If you are not going to make it useful, please make your data public and let the others do about it. 正一垃圾app公司，掛住彈廣告咗住晒，車走咗都未開到查詢畫面，用嚟都多餘，做唔掂唔好霸住data，公開資料俾有能者去搞啦！

There are always 2 incorrect entries of arrival time of 1-4 mins which confuses from identifying the correct one. The problem still exists after uninstalling & re-installing the app. Please fix the problem.

Very very inaccurate estimated time of arrival. Total useless if you count on this the plan your journey. Absolutely disappointed.

keep asking me to update the app while it is already the latest version... annoying.

Always ask me to update while it is already the most recent version. Unusable

好難得一个apps由设计到用嘅層面都係可以咁廢，真心覺得好難做到，舊嘅未算好，總算叫用到，新嘅真係剷走左佢吾好浪费手机嘅资源算

Never accurate and waste our time to wait for the late bus. This apps makes me be late ALWAYS! It is crashed always. I won't recommend you to rely on it.

Cache成幾百MB, 但報時表現就奇差, 寫app班友可唔可以收一收皮?

究竟你想點？叫人更新去app store 又冇得更新？個app又用唔到！其實有冇心去做好個app?

It has been very innacurate today, which makes the app completely unreliable and therefore useless!

一開apps 話要更新。但確定後彈去apps store 佢又無得更新。又入唔到去個apps 度。想點呢？

It's better than none, but with buses disappearing and bad interface, it is worse than the old kmb app. Just got a message in the app asking me to update the app, but there is no such update in Google play...

Its a great app! If you like to have your time wasted.

arrival times incorrect. cannot find routes based on start and end points. cannot compare similar routes.

嗰時間表好有問題，10分鐘前顯示1分鐘後到站，10分鐘後顯示的仍然一樣，但都沒有巴士經過，請改善

如果可以提供埋站同站之間的行車大概時間 咁會對乘客搭唔熟悉既線路時既行程規劃作出好大的幫助

相隔六個月後， 終於有番點對點搜尋，一開app沒有超大廣告，很高興變返實用了！

垃圾app ，啲時間都唔準話仲有2分鐘到，但係等左20分鐘都未有車，咁垃圾既app就唔好開出黎比人用啦

Often fails to show accurate arrival time and sometimes even shows nothing at all, the ads are extremely annoying!

不是太明白到站時間的顯示。例如，一個 wifi icon 2分鐘 九巴，但下面又寫"城巴班次時段"，即係九巴還是城巴？

It doesn't show the arrival time at all after updated, before that, it did not match the actual arrival time . The old apps was much better.
