Klook (Tourist Attractions, Tickets)

I was in Paris just for a week and i booked the river cruise through this app. 1. Even after 3 to 4 days of booking..i did not get a voucher confirmation 2. I have been writing a request to cancel..even that is not happening. 3. I went directly at the ticket counter and they took 15euros where as klook charged me 30euros. The double of actual prize 4. Have requested them 2 to 3 times already..but haven't got the refund back. I would never recommend this app to anybody. Would rather ask them to uninstall the app.

The part where you applied coupon needs more transparency. I have no idea if the coupon I added is actually attached to the purchase or not which is confusing and unfair. I applied a coupon once but due to the lack of clear indication I couldnt check whether that coupon worked and I also didnt receive the coupon's benefit. Feel so betrayed.

Very convenient and cheaper than regular price. Really easy to use. Booked 4 activity/ attraction for our Seoul travel and did not encounter any single problem

I don't understand how this app got a google play award. Its sliggish, badly optomized, stuck on API 22 ( lollipop) we are at API 27. And hasn't been optomized for large screens.
