While the service is pretty good, I have had a messed up order. Customer service is great so the only reason I'm giving it a 3 star rating is due to the app on Android. My cart doesn't load so I can't order. I have to use the app on my iPad to make orders which is a hassle just because I don't always have it with me like my phone. *update: cart works fine now. 5 stars for customer service! *

Started by entering my address on the website and didn't get any feedback if my address was in the delivery area or what to do next. I tried downloading the app and ran into the same issue - after entering my address and pressing the next arrow it just asked for my email address without giving me additional information or context.

The app doesn't seem to work. I type my address for delivery and it says that it's already been entered. Then it asks me to select my address from a list, and when I press select, it brings me back to the 'type your address' screen. The app is non-functional.

I love the service, but I'm annoyed that I have to uninstall every time I need to use it. It will never bring me to the cart after the first time I process an order.
