Prevents nikcehc from crashing when Latitude can not be found on the device. Instead this app now switches to
https://support.google.com/gmm/answer/3001634?p=maps_android_latitude to inform users of the imminent retirement of Latitude.
Hopefully after August 9th, 2013 a solution becomes available to launch Google+ directly into a ``Check-in'' section. (Google+ Locations is the replacement for Latitude)
