Regularly gives incorrect timetable information. Pointless app. Not recommended. Uninstalled for good.

Freezes and doesn't respond when I use Bus Stop Finder. The map loads with the stops shown but completely freezes up.

Bus stops missing, inaccurate timetables. Frequently shows same bus arriving 10+ times in succession, obviously a glitch in the app. PLEASE FIX IT!!

Brilliant couldn't do without it

AWFUL! WASTE OF SPACE! Dropped a 5 star rating to a 1 star. Why? 1. Inaccurate timetables. Use the same service most days from the same stop. Go through Find A Stop function & the 10 minute service isn't listed. 2. Timetables a total mess. When planning a journey you can't find out what time the bus arrives because the times for each stop scroll separately!!! 3. Emailed support...no reply

Rubbish. Click on a bus stop on their map and it says it cannot find a route for that location. Address search is awful.

Fare shown on app is less than half of that in bus or the bus company website. Times also hopelessly out.

Rubbish why make an app worse will not show corect times

Bus times for newport may need updating. Waiting for buses that never show or are different times on the station boards confused

Been using this for a few weeks and so far it's been.

Love this app so easy to access and easy to use.

I find this app very easy to use & incredibly useful. I'm a bit useless at modern technology but this one's a breeze.

Since updating, the software has become near useless to me. The stops have all reset and it keeps asking for gps then not showing any stops even when I've got it set on.

What Happened! Used to be able to plan easily with this, now showing nothing available.

Works great and very quick.

This used to be a great app. Now; no prices, can not select favorite stops straight from planner, times are not as accurate, it doesn't even look as good. Why update an app that works fine?

Used to be a nice app but its a mess now. How hard can it be? And how about including timetables you can check offline! None of my stops have signal.

Tells me I can't get between cardiff and newport between 6 &7pm -just says no trip options which is utter rubbish cos the buses n trains run late!

It freezes. So have to go to settings and close all aps

With the updates over the last six months this app has become increasingly unreliable and more recently I've been unable to plan even the simplest direct journey from Cardiff to where I live it just gives me the message 'no journeys currently available in this route' or sends me on the most ridiculous routes on a journey that takes 3 hours! Come on guys sort the journey planner out, people rely on your app!

Now English locations have been included, it's now possible to plan journeys to Manchester and Liverpool. Timetable data seems a lot more accurate, too. The only thing stopping it being 5 stars, is the dodgy and at times confusing Welsh language translations.

Every update serves to make this app worse! Crashes every time I look at a journey...won't let me go back to list.. uninstalling

Well I keep finding more and more inaccuracies in this app, ranging from the wrong bus stops marked, the wrong buses for specific bus stops, or just completely random bus times (I think they pull them out of a hat) Trust this app if you want an adventure in Wales, or are suffering amnesia and don't remember your home address.

I find the app no longer reliable. For example it was showing normal bus services for Christmas day & is showing normal bus services for today - New Year's day. I have pointed this out to them by 'phone & by email but to no avail.

Decent app but time tables need updating. Been left stuck stranded beside a main road and having to walk 3 miles in gale force winds because this app recommended me to change buses at a certain point.

Used to use this app daily and very good it was too. Since its makeover it doesn't work at all with many buses and services not showing. Still broken 29.10.2015

Has always been pretty flakey but doesn't work at all now. Plan a route into the local town and it says "no journeys found" pretty pointless now. Going back to pen and paper.

Arriva not showing up on here anymore don't no why

Every time I go to a favourite stop it tells me no buses are available. Doesn't do what it is supposed to!

Works great and very quick.

Awesome app!

So many missing times for journeys or extra journeys that don't exist which result in being stranded or missing buses. No prices and functions that were there before are missing and the email link for feedback is wrong, not that they make changes when you notify them anyway. Shame. Resorted to correct copies of timetables from the bus companies instead.
