Generally I really like this app and use it regularly however there are errors. For example, the stop near station road, Ratho station is correct. The citylink 900 and the AIR bus stop there. But these buses do not stop at the ingliston showground/Glasgow road stops (the next stop to station road travelling East) as shown on the app. I know this to my cost. I suspect they have been mixed up with the next stop, ingliston road/Glasgow road.

Doesn't show the only bus I need now for some reason. Where did the x27 go? I travel from Dunfermline to kirkcaldy and the x27 now doesn't show up. Usless

The timetables have exactly zero connection to the real world. This app is a waste of time. Frankly, I think it's just a scam to get information from your device that they can sell on to advertisers

It used to function reasonably well although it had glitches. And it saved having to use multiple other apps to get from a to b. Now it doesn't function at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. I've reported it 3 times to no avail. Would have given 0 stars if that were an option.

The app barely works. It can't find the nearest station. The timetables do not match the actual bus times. It won't load information most of the time. It's useless.

Don't work all the time mostly buffers or says the no information at this time ????

Used to be really good. Can't find gritter treatment plan anymore.

What's the point of this app when it hardly ever shows live times anymore?

Worked perfectly up until a mo the ago. Now it just state's your engineers are aware of an error and nothing has been done to fix this. What a joke.

Updated 3 days ago on my tablet and now doesn't work, saying "there are currently no trip options available", but same route works on my phone in the previous version. What have you changed?

When it works it's good.

Used to work really well, now only works when it feels like it which is of course utterly useless if you're out and about. Often doesn't mention cancelled or disrupted services leading to strandings/late arrival times.

Why should it have access to my photos? Less extraneous stuff like photos might help the app focus on useful travel stuff more quickly and less clunkily.

I'm still running the older version. Why do you need to access and write to my SD card?

90% of the time it just gives the timetable with "unmarked" written next to it' older version much better for real tine

Brilliant app

Used it frequently in the past, was quite good, if a little clunky at times - had to spend time putting the same info on modes of transport and location in every time I used it. Latest update wants access to my files/photos, so it's not going to happen.

Was working fine but now I can not get number 10 bus to show when I try to plan journey for my husbands work, which stops right outside our home. When ever try to get for home to his work, number 10 service does come up as an option on the planner but when I look at the number 10 route it shows that it goes nowhere near his work although this is the bus that he has always used it also does not even show the number 10 as stopping right outside his work when I click on the stop on the map, but it does show other buses ....... This is VERY annoying because as I said it was working beforehand.

Looking forward to seeing the new fares info especially for buses. Buses (Glasgow) really need to adopt contactless technology for payment and not just for their own multiple journey ticket.

Update based on 2* review due to change of address. Latest update needs file access to update operator logos across the database, app dev were helpful in explaining why they made this change.

Update: continually giving 'server is offline' errors now and today crashes every time I try to use it. Frustrating as normally a great app. Usually fantastically useful but recently giving cannot connect to server errors and today tried to tell me that to make a (normally) 15min trip was going to take over an hour and a half. Doesn't seem to be able to pick up Lothian Buses info at the moment which is unfortunate since that's all we use it for...

Beats Google maps because it favours direct routes instead of connecting services. It doesn't make sense to take multiple hops because 1 they aren't reliable enough, and 2 we have to pay for each leg of the journey (until Scotland gets a proper integrated public transport system)

Use it a lot find it very useful. Wondering when alexa will get it!

This app is generally good. I will say that. But there has been the odd occasion when the app has totally let me down with wrong times or me being too high and pressing the wrong things. But i doubt i do that as often as iv been 20 minutes early or late for a bus which i am currently experiencing right now and i strongly believe this is due to a glitch in this app and not my mental state. But apart from that. When the app works its great. But i could ve doing without this. Thanks

I don't use this app often but when i do its invaluable. Really! Waiting at a cold wet bus stop for a bus thats late. Or worse, already been. Its impossible to read some bus stop timetables at night & some arent even posted or vandalised.

This is a must have app that I use every day. The only slight niggle is every time you open the app, the default search reverts back to all modes of travel. But the favourite journey features helps a lot. Reliable and useful.

I have been using this app for quite some time now and have found it invaluable on so many occasions I can't praise it highly enough. Sometimes it can be difficult to input the precise destination you need but this rarely happens and the benefits far outweigh this minor frustration hence the reason for 5 stars. Thank you to the developers!

Please please revert to proper times for next departures. Real time is a terrible idea when you think about it. It is a real pain to be told next bus is in say 38 minutes - you then have to check the current time then work out when bus leaves! Otherwise a good app.
