Good app. Use it alot

Very useful in that you can save your favourite stops & see when the buses are due by their trackers. Would be better if buses that are due didn't disappear but I think that's more the bus company than the app. It also shows when other companies' buses are due.

Only tried live timings so far. They are pretty close. Happy now the refresh button has been added. Yet to try the rest of the app.

Very usual if you used public transport a lot

The information doesn't load. Ever. I missed so many buses because I had to guess when they would be arriving. And get this, i wouldn't have had to guess if the buses all arrived on time.

Used to work really well, but has been broken for several months and no sign of it being fixed. Falls over every time it tries to access bus time data.

...but since an android update on my phone am now unable to retrieve saved stops or refresh ETA

Fantastic app. Find it very useful when planning a journey or checking bus times. It's always accurate with bus times in real time. 100% happy with this app. 10/10

The galaxy s7 has no option to refresh the departure page so please add a pull down and release refresh it will make it easy for other phones too. An overhaul is needed i think???

The app works most if the time ,but when necessary it always seems to crash ,not able to mark the stop or loading the timing . 1 star cuz my buses are always late and this app keep doing the same , update it already for chirst sake

It's started blanking my phone reception every time I try to open a bus stop. Seemed to start after I updated to the latest version of Android. Good app otherwise.

Live times always change. Always goes up when you're waiting for the bus. Sometimes disappears altogether

It says a bus is due in 20 mins... will countdown to 1 min... then Due... then no bus! Then it disappears. Useless.

It NEVER fetches my departures anymore. Tried uninstalling it and everything. Nearly missed my bus.

Missed a lot of buses due to this app. It will say "15 minutes" then a few minutes later jump to due. I know it's not the app but the real time systems, but it does have a detriment. What's the point if you can't rely on it?

You can't even select the location of where you are going

... but it does the job

This app relies on the real time info system used in the area and we all know how hit and miss that is, when looking at display at bus stop. This would be great if centro fixed bus tracking. Often says bus due then never turns up. Would be nice to be able to see on the map buses and track them, like you can in other parts of UK.

This is an app to help you travel is it? It's terrible. Layout doesn't have a start and end point for a start. It's totally counter-intuitive. Apps built by amateurs for TFL in in London are beget than this. Awful.

This app is OK but it I feel it is missing a few things. It should have a feature to list most recently used stops. A bus route search would also be useful and the journey planner is very poor In any case, the times are correct!

More often than not, gives times that are way out e.g. shows a bus due in 10 minutes then in the next minute it's 'due' giving you no chance of catching it!!

Haven't had any issues in awhile, but something worth including would be a way to see delays that affect your saved bus stops, so when there's a diversion, roadworks etc...you would be notified and given an alternate location nearby to get the bus until the problem is fixed.

This app is OK but the so called journey planner doesn't ask for an end destination. I'll be sticking to Moovit in future.

Always gone by what this app says but it doesn't seem to be working whether I'm using 4g or using Wi-Fi at home. Please get this fixed ASAP.

How about showing what number the bus is or drawing route paths? Traveline GB and Trackr are WAY better

Besides the slack 15 minutes extra i have to wait and no notification feature for delays 9/10 i get no information. Fix or get rid of it. Otherwise, mildly convenient

Fine if you are leaving the house anyway and just wondering when you're bus is due... If the GPS can locate you.... Trying to manually search a bus stop in a city centre is very tricky. Trying to plan a journey the following day is beyond its capabilities even if you have the bus stops saved in your favourites !!! Stick to the laptop if you actually have to get somewhere by a specific time. Good if you are standing at the usual stop and want to know when the bus is expected...oh wait.. timetables do that!

Where has refresh of timed arrivals gone on Android 5.1.1. Can add favourite stops but no clue of how to retrieve them. Please help. Have used thus app on an earlier Android software release and was happy but not sure now!

Totally unable to cope with timetable changes. In 5 days hardly anything in bold.

I do get on with this app but why have two separate apps when one better app could do the job

Decent enough app.... When it actually works....... It's been over 2 weeks now that it crashes every time you try to view a stop. Usability in general is not even close to that in other cities.

Great app but it's not supportive with the Samsung note edge. Very annoyed

Waste of space Gives inaccurate information keeps stating buses are due but no sign of any.

Not that fast update but works

Some time buses are earlier than expected. ..even more than 10 min and realy messd up when app showing 15 min and the bus is allready gone and next coming may be 50 min late ...some time this app realy don't work out about what bus service going to come early or late....
