Toodledo

Looks ok but breaks. It keeps losing sync with the cloud and i am left with no outlines displayed. Also it is not optimised for phones, only basic tasks are. Give it a miss.

Loved toodledo on my apple device. It is greatly lacking with the android version. Would NOT reccomend

The design is a bit outdated but still usable.

Toodledo is a great task manager, I've been using the website for years, however the android app is not good enough for me to use yet. It is rather basic & lacks a lot of the features I depend on (e.g. subtasks). So for now I use Ultimate Todo List, which syncs with Toodledo very well, and is a lot more feature-rich. The Toodledo android app seems stable and easy to use, though, so if you don't use many of the features of Toodledo and just want a simple todo list that syncs with the cloud then it'd be fine.

Intuitive design and good syncing. GREAT: Repeat symbol in check-box; Subtask adding symbol; Count registers; 'Saved Searches'. BAD: No display of dated tasks in TD calendar or Google calender. NEED: Persistent reminders in notification shade like 'Ultimate To-Do'.

I could barely survive without this app. Been using it for a few years. And it's everything I dreamed of having. Used to create and recreate spreadsheet to do lists constantly. Such a powerful user friendly tool

I've been using Toodledo for many years. It's web interface is solid and integrates well with the Android app. The developer is actively improving the app and is responsive re bugs and improvements. The Android app may not be the most aesthetically gifted item but function wise it's sound. Recommend.

I like Toodledo a lot, hoping they will continue to update as its starting to get dated. Can't use tags in mobile app, and that's how I prioritize, so app is mostly useless. I would use toodledo's priority if I could edit their titles.

There's no time selection only a date, that needs to be added to be better

(Update 1/25/17 (6.3.2-147) - now program crashes every time I try to change between saved searches.) (Update:1/16/17 - just installed 6.3.0 (145)...didn't fix my problem with saved searchs showing all tasks.) I may be doing something wrong... but all of my saved searches are showing all tasks, not the subset defined by the saved search.

The website is great. It has amazing features and has the tools to customize as mich as you want. The app is getting there... I would like to have a way to switch accounts easily. I have a work one and a personal one and its not easy to do that from the app.

Such an old design, and aesthetically unpleasing look that I can't get myself to use it. Would it kill them to update it?

App is very weak. Not really usable, app doesn't even fit screen. Had to pan around side to side to see tasks and information.

It's very very good. It's not perfect but it is quite honestly better than every single other thing out there. It would be perfect if they could add some minor features.. and the major one (gantt)...

Red X on the edit tight beside Green CHECK MARK !!! Try that as software developer over 60 wit Moto neuron issues !! Why must i be the one to report this egregious flaw ?? No warning dialogue is default or I turned it off while healthier? I will go look ... better mad at you then reduced to tears after years doing UI's for others to meet their needs. Mad guy. Just furious as typing on this tablet is a horror but too soon to give up. A living nightmare. Can I choose where to store MY data? Ext SD Card?

I tried several of the popular To-Do apps and I found Toodledo to be the best for me. If you just want a simple list then there other options but if you want an app to help manage your life then this is the one you need. It is very flexible and they just keep improving the interface. The price is great too. I've depended on this app for about three years now and it has never let me down.

Good. It will be best if there is calendar view (TASKS) in android as like windows 8, 9, 10. It is extremely good in laptop (windows 10). But we can't sort out the lists in calendar view (at least date) in android. Hope toodledo will consider my request.

Puts on my screen exactly what i need to organise my day, week, life. No other software gives the range of customisable options. The UI changes last year really added to the app and the roll out considered customer needs all the way through with genuine avenues of feedback sought. The final result enhanced every feature. A solid well thought out business tool with great customer service.... love it !!

Very good app. I looked for app like this for months. Every day I need to change date and other things in tens of tasks, and batch edit feature allows me that. (note: widget should be better, for ex. Checking finished task within widget, now I must select each item and enter into app, it's not practical)

I have used and paid for Toodledo premium for years. I have support tickets for 5 to 10 easy fixes of irritating issues. They update the tickets with "this is on our todo list", but years pass and they never do them. Instead they focus their efforts on superficial UI "improvements". Potential subscribers might want to consider this before adding all their data into this system.

I've used Toodledo for about 4 to 5 years now. But what is supprising, it's not as good as the website nor the Apple version of the app. It has no where the functionality or ease of use. Heck, the app doesn't even sync most of the time. What shame.

Years ago I found this app, my Apple days I believe, and found it invaluable. As time went on, I tried a few different applications and went back to Toodledo. In fact, numerous times I have tried other applications and every time I found myself lacking something that I had in Toodledo. I have really put forth a lot of work checking out different applications and no matter where I look, except maybe the good old days of the Task manager on Outlook desktop in various version of office, I have never found any Task Manager that has done better then Toodledo. There is so much ability to customize an individual task into folders, tags, how often it takes place. I can go on and on. Hands down, the best I have found over at least five years of looking at different programs. I currently run it on Windows 10 and Android 7.0 w/o any issues.

Would prefer to pay for the app to get better output. Surprisingly, you can't lock the app... it's so insecure once installed. Relies solely on the phone lock. Shame as the desktop app is brilliant.

I saw long scrollbars on the first start of the app. Now it has awful Windows 7 design. There's a black screen flashing on every tap. It looks like a webpage was converted to Android app.

This app need 1x1 size icon/widget - "add new task", because do it from app it takes some taps. Current widget doesn't work correctly on my Galaxy S7 Edge - doesn't update, when you tap on it nothing happened, not useful. Overall functionality is weak, no undo/restore if you deleted smth. When created task and tap back, app remains on newly created task, we have to press twice every time after task creation. Why there aren't settings for that

I like that you various features as you can on the PC version however what is missing are the following. Integration with other toodledo accounts, integration with Google Calendar.

App is ok but I have lost stuff many times due to syncing problems with the web version.

Not being able to manually move list items (or at least have this option) is a fatal floor in my view! Also looks clumsy, not clean and attractive like other apps

It does seem complicated at first, but once you have tweaked it it is a very useful app

Cannot add frequency to tasks. This should have been available in the few releases, but is still missing.

Not useful on phone. UI awkward to navigate. Couldn't get an item from the outline to become a task. I'm not bright enough to use this app. Tried it, Uninstalling it.

Updaing this version will cause the abnormal exist of google play .what's wrong?

Will give 5 star when integration is done with calendar apps , mail box and a good widget

This app is the best productivity app out there. The infinite ways to organize, and filter is a huge help.

I $ of Desktops (Mostly Windows), Laptops; as well as Apple Devices, Android Devices; I think that covers everything. I've recommended Toodledo to dozens of students, friends, and family alike. I ALWAYS GET VERY GOOD FEEDBACK. Sure, from time to b time the APP causes a problem or two. But it is always quite easy to fix. JUST INSTALL IT; You will not regret i
