KITPAY-Simple Secure Payments

App saves card details and does not let you change them. This is not ease of use . It a below average app.

I my getting sms for someone else payments, i hav complain this issue to your cust care but matter still un resolved. Kindly remove my no. from your server.

I would say this app is horrible for below reasons: a) in the name of providing ease of use, they are forcibly making the payer store card details on their app. If it was for ease of user, y make it mandatory? Exposes their lie. B) they need access to ur images etc.. Why would a payment app need access to photos, contacts and stuff on the mobile. Even though these issues are putforth for over an year now by users, there is no effort to fix them. Just because you are pci certified you cannot force users to have their numbers stored on your servers mandatorily. In which generation are you guys? Grow up!!

KITPAY is an excellent Payment Collection App with Simple & Secured features and functionality. Thanks to Kitpay team being very professional in listening to Customers requirements, responding to queries or service tickets for any specific transaction(s) to identify root cause and then provide solution in a stipulated timeframe. Great Job.

Paid my excitel bill but my connection is still down. The transaction was successful. Clearly need to do a better job at updating the operator.

Please don't you this service, no one take call and very poor customer service ....no one take any customer complaint ????????????????????????

The people supporting this app are very professional as they sincerely followed up on the issue reported anf finally solved and updated it. The app is easy to use and the support team can be relied upon for any help on issues

This is supposed to be a payment facilitation app. I don't understand why would they seek a compulsory permission to seek access to all the photos, videos and audio files on my phone?! Smells fishy af

Made a payment for excitel. Not updated to ISP. Kitpay says instantly updated. Excitel: Contact Spacenet Nad experience l.

If the SMS permission is for ease of use purpose then why does it ask for the permission explicitly in case I don't grant permission?

No problem with the app. The only thing that's illegal is, you guys save the Card details without permission. And there's no way of removing a card number from Kitpay App. That's a Data integrity. And someone can sue your company for that reason. Come on.. Quad play grow up.. I wanna remove my card number from this Kitpay app. Don't wanna save it.. Will pay when needed. Thanks

Hi. I'm trying to pay the bill for my quadplay digital but everytime it fails and reads incorrect otp. I entered the details of the card, clicked pay, entered cvv nunber and after that it automatically turns into payment failed without asking any otp.

Hi, after entering card number and expiration date... am not getting any option to move towards payment. It is working now.... issue resolved. Thank you...

It saves credit/debit card details without customer intent and doesn't even allow to delete it.

I made payment yesterday for my internet connection renewal (go excitel). The pack was supposed to get expired on 22 and I made the payment a day before. My connection got deactivated today. Who is going to update the company, god only knows. This is the first time I made payment using this app and my experience was really bad.

It's pathetic, they store your card details forcefully and there's no way you could delete it.

I found that the app stores card details automatically and there is no option to delete card or not to save card details.....so how secure are the card details with you since we see that there are lots of card frauds and data theft is happening

Paid bill 2 days before .....app showing that payment paid...but WiFi disconnected and page showing tat payment not done....

It needs access for media files and it needs all access why...useless GUI ...I installed for kumon dreading this experience...
