Now I have to uninstall and reinstall to get this app to come to work. This app USED to work at my fingertip which gives me concise, current, up to date and history of precious metal prices. Too bad I don't own any

This used to be a great app so I hate that I can no longer use it. It takes FOREVER to refresh and often times it just sits there on a blank screen attempting to refresh. It's a shame that such a good app was so effectively ruined.

Since I updated I have issues it keep pooping error and forcely shut down and app is permanently shut off. At this time app deserves 0 star but I have no choice. Fix it and earn five star and I love to give you 5 stars. Fix it earn it.☆☆☆☆☆waiting 4 u.

I have used this app on iOs for years and love it, as I am a gold invester. However the Android version does not work. It stays on refresh mode forever and in the rare cases that it does manage to refresh, it states it in US Dollar instead of my currency of choice. The latter requires a second refresh which makes the whole exercise pointless

Worked fine for several months (Galaxy S5) now cannot stay connected to Internet. I've uninstalled and installed several times to no avail. This is a junk app, deserves zero stars.

I have used this app for years. It worked great. Recently it started crashing with less then 4 or 5 uses. Have uninstalled 10 times with no luck. Hope they go back to older version.

Unfortunately, there seems no alternative for a live spot price feed. If there were I never would have downloaded this garbage onto my new phone. It worked fine for a few months. Now, almost all the time, the app is stuck trying to update the price, which it rarely does. The app developed a whole set of other problems on my other phone. I know the app is free but it seems that's what they also pay the developers. Please someone tell me their IS an alternative.

This app used to work seamlessly, but now it takes forever to load the prices and the charts are very slow and glitchy. Please fix this issue! I love this app when it was working properly!

Used to work great. Got new phone with Android 7.0 and it does not refresh and I have to reinstall widget daily

See if you guys can EARN SOME STARS !!! Used it for over a year (some friends did, too). The more it was "upgraded", the lousier it got. A battery hog with zero usage, starting again and again and again after 'Force Stops', and Guzzling Data with zero usage. When you "Updated" it, it Sucked more data with less usage, until it was near the top of the list. THAT'S NOT AN UPGRADE !!! I'll give you another chance. If you earn it, I'll reward some Stars, and show my results to friends that Uninstalled.

With this latest update, I had to reconfigure all my settings (e.g., which tickers are displayed and which are not, re-select the mining stocks I wish to track, etc.). However, the "auto update" 'on/off' selection no longer seems to work. That is, I can't set it to 'off' (manual update). I will probably de-install this update as a result. I don't know if I'll be able get back to the prior version, but if not, there are plenty of other market-tracking apps out there.

The app always worked fine for years past until these boneheads decided to tinker with it. Now, the app is absolutely destroyed and unusable. Every now and then it will actually update the prices, but the moment you attempt to view a chart it just stalls for maybe 4 - 8 minutes until it finally decides to display the desired chart. These people obviously take no pride in their work and made no effort whatsoever to test this prior to release.

I don't know what you did to this app but it is now useless. It opens to a blank screen and the little circle goes around and around. I let it go today and after 10 minutes I uninstalled. USELESS!

I only open this app about once a week. I set it to manual update, no alerts, etc. EVERY time I look at my battery status it shows this app responsible for at least 5 percent of my battery drain...even on days I dont even use this app. Please fix unnecessary battery and data usage.

The last update ruined this app. Not only did it suddenly decide it was going to introduce a popup notification system, which was a pain, but now, even with the notifications turned off it's still a huge memory and battery hog. As much as I like and regularly used this app, these updates have left me who choice but to UNINSTALL

Since last updates, it takes minutes to load on my s6. I buy gold all day and can't sit there and wait, so I'm looking for a replacement.

I've had this app for 5+ years. I've never seen it so slow. I open this app 10 - 15 times a day. It's taking 1-3 minutes to pull up spot price. Very inconvenient.

No more refreshing/checking gold spot charts every 1-10 minutes. SpotWatch puts it in the status bar and that makes me super happy. I would give it 10 stars if I could...

After the recent update, the app takes a long time to load, and even using the app, everything takes a long time to load. The app starts by itself even after stopping it. Sometimes the app crashes, and my battery drains very fast since right after I updated it, even with the app closed. This latest update is terrible. Used to be awesome, now I'm looking for alternatives. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy s4.

I like the app but since a week or so it stopped working. Can't launch the app... upon open it crashes all the time. Otherwise I like this app. Will change my rating once the issue is resolved.

Forces you to accept it's permissions, one of which is access to your contacts, which is none of Kitco's damn business. Then when you go into your app permission and turn off access to contacts, the app stops working. Honestly, go to hell kitco, we don't need your s###!

It takes forever to load the prices. I have set just 3 items on home page , Gold Silver and crude but whenever I open the app I see the ring of loading ...frustrating. I have installed and uninstalled the app several times works fine once after every install but next time I open the app and again its the same behavior... Loading loading ....please fix the issue.

It has become completely unusable. Previously used it for years and was very happy. In some cases it will literally sit for hours trying to retrieve prices. I am finally going to uninstall it.

Latest few versions became bloated and buggy. Constant inability to fetch the latest rates due to "communication problems" and showing the values in US currency even though AU dollars is selected makes me believe quality took the back seat.
