Kiss Car Service

I have been a Kiss customer for over 25 years. The last app was great. I just look at the note pad and was able to just click on it n all my trips n addresses were there. Now I have to retype it every day n they don't store like before. The drivers name is not important nor their picture to me. It's a waste of drivers information. I can't tell where the car is nor it states how many minutes. At times I use it and it states on location and yet you run down and it's not even there. Finding your car but yet you can't tell where it is or how far. Too pink n girly as well. Go back to old app or upgrade it with those perks we had. Not happy at all. I have to call the majority of the time because it doesn't go thru. Missing old app...

After the update it got worst. Takes forever to get a ride resulting in canceling rides.

It was a great app before the new updates...and the drivers pick up the wrong person most of the time

It needs work. No point in having an app if I have to wait longer than it would take to call.

This app is good but you guys need to update it. Its taking up to 5 min to allow you to request a car

The upgrade on this app is complete foolishness. I used to be able to tell how far my driver is, now it just keeps buffering and I can't tell whether the call was accepted or not. This is annoying!!!!!

It takes too long to let me know how far away the car is once ordered. The car says on location before car ever even arrives. The way it was before was perfect. Why change something that worked perfect. To make it into something less than.

Their cab drivers don't speak any English at all. I've used their services twice only and have had the same problem each time. They also don't know where they're going. I had to direct my driver so I might as well have gotten behind the wheel and drove myself. Then, had the nerve to charge me full price. I called the base to complain but they just put you on hold. Never again.

I just got dropped off i called them n they came right after i hungup also the distance i had to go what i thought was more $ but ended up paying less more for my buck

Whenever I call them they come fast and they remember where I'm going without me saying anything. I didn't take car service before but now that I do now I only call Kiss.

Good app to have. The car service is great. Cars are clean and the drivers are neat and respectful. Will definitely use them again!

The first time I used this app, I was very happy. My ride arrived on time and there were no problems. After that, it has been horrible. My rides never arrive and I'm waiting almost 30 mins before I give up and try another service.

Everytime i use this app the cabs give me 3 -6 minutes and they never come to the right adress always a block away and pick someone else up ... Very annoying

They fixed the code activation glitch, it is now working and better than before

I been train to activet it but it never sends me the code

To slow i get late to my job

App is requesting a 4 digit code that they are supposedly sending me. I keep requesting the code via text but I am not receiving it

This Base is the worst

There's an option to pay by credit card. The base says cards must be used over the phone and cab drivers are supposed to take cards. But they do. They also raise the price by $2 and then want to add tax. So a $10 ride becomes almost $14. Also there she'd be a feature to order more than cab.

Lacking common sense menu easy enough for even a child to use but what raised red flags for me and many of my friends that thought I was joking is no price.So great you know where to get me and drop me off and a huge green button that says confirm lime I said easy menu.......but no where is there the cost.Now is that to drop us or rip us off.Sorry at my age I am use to being kissed prior to be screwed but hey nice try!!!Guess what part of my body you can KISS good-bye

This is a very good app I think all cab companies should use this type of Internet service for cabs

I try and order a car and somehow my trip always gets cancelled .that's extremely annoying especially after waiting 10 minutes for them to find a car and dispatch . Then I try calling the base and it's busy. Please fix this

This app sucks. The drivers don't ask the passenger if you are the individual who asked for a cab. This is a really awful uber attempt.
