Kira Interview

How can I know if it recorded my interview properly if it won't play back my responses. For all I know, it only captured video without ever capturing the audio. Why are firms even using such a flimsy software?

It records your response probably, but when you try to playback to see your video, it just shuts down. I tried the practice interview 4 times, but could not proceed beyond 1st question.

No playback.. lots of bugs... needs urgent debugging

it is difficult for using this application because of no response from it. so now i don"t have much time to practice for actual interview.

Can't get into the interview. Customer support is non existent.

Only some questions get sent in after I finished..

Why aren't interview access codes given immediately? If this platform cannot find a way to run more efficiently then it is pointless.

Does not work! Plain and simple. Edit: Caused my HTC One M8 to hard-reset twice after roughly 2 minutes of looking for an internet connection after "Checking In". Flagged as inappropriate - Harmful to device or data.

It never works, it always shuts down in the middle. It's causing people to miss out on opportunities. Once you use the app, you can go back to the computer. Why would you put out something that does not work out there. You guys fix it or take it off.

Who ever maintains, this software,better get their act straight. This has one thing, if not many things and that is bugs. It's filled with bugs. Take it down and see what are the conflicts that prevents this software from accessing H/W features like camera and microphone on Android devices.

It's useless if your interview source didn't give you the access code, and there is no way visible to find it

On wifi or 4g it gets stuck on checking in.

One question through the tutorial it stops. Hangs. Useless.

And whats worse is you cant go back to the desktop interview until emailling kira and waiting for a response. Meanwhile, someone else gets the job...

I can't upload my interview so now I might be beat out of this job. Great. It's telling me I have no connection when I am sitting next to my router and have full strength. If I don't get the job because of this I am going to be very angry.

The app ui and system is very well thought out. Their tutorial systems work well to get interviewees oriented to the concept of video interviews. In my case, I was unable to connect with their servers at all through the app, so I required assistance in resetting my device for the interview. The Kira team goes above and beyond for customer service however, and I was contacted by support within the hour to help me find a solution. Very useful as my interview was time sensitive. Thanks!
