I personally loved this concept. I used this 5-6 times for my monthly shopping. Met kiranasaver team at NASSCOM and had a healthy talk with them. Since there is so much scope for groceries/homemade food products, kiranasaver is showing valuable data to the user. Only issue is with the logistics. I tried reaching shop owner through kiranasaver, but there responses were pathetic. This way user can blame and write bad reviews about this application since the offers are being displayed on the app. Concept is much better that Grofers/Jeffstore/KiranaNow/localbaniya/aaramshop. kiranasaver must introduce there shipping/logistic service which can bring overall value to their merchants and users. I am sure, deals/discounts with logistics would take this application to the apex.
