Having a lot of troubles logging in. I created an account before Fan Fest and it worked great! Then it stopped right before I left for Fan Fest. I actually had to find the QR codes for my tickets and parking because I couldn't access them on the app. I tried to change the password, sync with Facebook, and even created a new account. Nothing's working. Fix please? And I'm not a season ticket holder.

I found out that it doesnt really work good for droid or samsung phones but is fine for apple. It keeps shutting down in the middle of a transfer or sale of tix. Just bring back the tix stubs. Sucks for some of us that is trying to get some money back on season tix cause you can't transfer or sell.

I can't even log in. I tried and have not been very successful. I have only seen the app open one time. Please fix this problem soon. One thing to note is that if you try to log in using Facebook it stops working for you. It will not let you log in at all with Facebook.

Can't even get in-game stats

Latest update broke the app! Used to work..now it won't open at all. Constant crashing on loading. Tried uninstalling and installing again and still won't work. Sad because I enjoyed using the app for ticket less entry but now I can't use it.

Lacks ability to control notifications. Im getting tired with the advertisement notifications. Plus side is other notifications help when I forget a Kings game is going on.

The is very glitchy and freezes often. Forces me to shut down all my running apps to start over. I came here to see if there's an update but there's not. So I figured I'd rate the app.

Worst ever. Notification pops up but doesn't appear when you go to the app. News DOES NOT update.

Constantly crashing, difficult to sell tickets when there is always "unexpected error... please try again after some time". Are you kidding me? People don't spend thousands of dollars to constantly get errors. To make a long story short, IF IT'S NOT ONE ERROR/CRASH, IT'S ANOTHER ERROR OR CRASH.

I have had this app all season, has not worked correctly at all. I can't even manage my tickets now, it says no events at this time. What happened to all my games?

The app errors when managing season tickets. Can't post seat together from app. Can't get sellers guide information. Can't transfer tickets from app. I've waisted games due to transfer errors. I'm highly disappointed with this app. Needs major improvements for Android.

This app has never worked on my S7. I used to use the old app for scores, schedule, news etc. This Golden 1 center app is junk.

This App truly sucks always glitches and turns off or kicks me out I hear its better for Apple

Just needs highlights

This app at one point was usable. There's a lot of great functionality built in but trying to make it through one simple task takes forever. App constantly errors out and crashes. Definitely need to do more thorough testing before releasing to public.

This app is TRASH, do NOT update. They must not test before releasing. I had to uninstall. Could not transfer tickets to family members without it crashing EVERYTIME.

Originally the app mostly worked. There were a few issues (particularly with notification settings). Now the app won't even get past the initial splash screen. Really unfortunate that the Android version of this app is so neglected.

Too many bugs, won't let me turn my Bluetooth off...app keeps crashing

It turns on my Bluetooth and there is no way to keep it turned off. It just turns it back on after a time. I will control my settings thank you! Uninstalled.

How come iPhone users can listen to the radio broadcast of games via the app but Android users can't???? Not to mention the many bugs and hiccups on the Android version...

Has loads of bugs on Samsung OS, menu has a double of each of the buttons, processes insanely slow, non user friendly, and for the last few days this app won't even process/update on the latest version of this app. This app needs to be more compact with a redesigned menu. With a great team comes great fans. This app is the core of how most fans interact and stay up to date with all of the latest news, it should be priority to have this app complete. I will change my rating when this app improves! Go Kings!

This app is just poorly done. It looks OK, but the details are just bad. The swipe is horrible, the dates all have leading zeros. This needs not only work, but maybe a new development team. Ill feel bad if someone paid a lot of money for an app that should be simple to make.

When I try to resell my tickets, sometimes they don't show up at all until I exit and return a time or two. I also keep getting error messages when I try to put my tickets up for sale. It still puts them up for sale eventually, but again, I have to try more than one time.

Glitched after I set up account, couldn't open app. On android, hope you get it working soon!

Constantly logs me out and can't access tickets. Buggy when trying to transfer tickets. The seat upgrade element is confusing, the old pogo app was more transparent and easier to use. The rest of the app is pretty smooth. When I can log in it's fine but the ticket component needs another layer of polish.

Had an accidental spillage in my row, contacted "Arena Live Help" to help alleviate the slippery conditions and "Housekeeping staff" never arrived, thus I had no choice but to leave my seat and request that customer service information help resolve my rows issue. I know the staff are trying to provide the best experience possible, but I felt a little disappointed considering the price point set by the club. All in all GO KING!

I like getting the score updates but need to transfer tickets to friends and it keeps saying error!
