Dave and Leatha Carter, Jr. started Dave Carter, Jr. Ministries in 1995 as the Outreach Ministry of House of Prayer to the Nations. The ministry is located in Centreville, MS The thrust of the ministry is to equip the body of Christ with the message of faith whereas people will have victory in every aspect of their lives.

Since 1995 the ministry and the churches have grown. The growth has been due to the word of faith and the faithful partners of the ministry. The partners have given to and prayed for the ministry. Dave Carter, Jr. Ministries is on the cutting edge of what God is doing in the Kingdom.
