Total scam, app doesn't even confirm if a restaurant offers delivery until the final order screen. Order confirmation is instant, app has a cancel button but it doesn't work. Number provided for our restaurant rang busy for 10 minutes before we have up. App support is a text number which only answers long after any problem could be fixed and doesn't actually offer any support of any kind and then simply never responds again. Straight up money stealer.

The app didn't work. I kept getting connection errors (even though my connect is great).

This app lets you order philz. Caviar is worse. Please keep this app square!

Garbage. I tried resetting my password a million times and it just reroutes me back to the order screen!

Not functional at all. I tried both 4g LTE and wifi and it said connection error.

So it used to work now constant connection errors..

Abandoned app. Company no longer around.

Saved me time consistently at lunch. It was always ready when I arrived.

App no longer works - just tells you to install Caviar

I prefer this app over other apps.

Great with pick up orders!

Great for when you want to pick up yourself to save some time and money. Developers are responsive and app has gotten even better over time.

App redirects to a website. Don't waste time on download.

You stop delivering and now are just a service for people too lazy to call the business and make the order. Time to delete and go back to door dash

All restaurants we've ordered from and all restaurants in the list are not available for delivery (9/4/16). Seems like the app has gone out of business. Too bad!

App doesn't even check the wait times at the restaurant. It just gave me random wait times (more than 40 minutes or so when I said ASAP). When i checked into the store the wait was less than 5 minutes - twice. What's the point in ordering ahead if it is going to take more time than ordering in person at store. This is junk service, avoid it.

Dont know what happened but now the only places that show up are in LA. I can use my current location or type in an address, but it always shows LA....and no, I don't live in LA

This is a great app if you need to order lunch in a limited amount time... If you need your food delivered...download the app for that...this one is for pick up.

Has issues processing an order, quite frequently. Changes pickup time within a span of a few seconds which then doesn't allow me to order at all (chose ASAP). Very frustrating!

When did they stop doing deliveries? I just searched their website and nothing new mentioned since 2014. I will no longer be using OrderAhead. Grubhub sucks so Doordash is my new favorite. So disappointed.

When their buggy app fails to place your order, you call their support team, they put you on hold, call the restaurant, place your order for you, then refuse to give you a credit for the inconvenience. You're better off just calling restaurants yourself.

I was referred to this app by the wife of a driver for this company, but they don't deliver, anymore. So, in essence, this app accomplishes the same thing as calling a restaurant to order for pick- up. Useless!

This app used to be great, when they offered a service people wanted. No delivery?? Garbage.

Great app

Happy to update when bug is fixed, but wanted to draw your attention to this strange issue. When I select one specific restaurant the app completely crashes. I reinstalled to no avail. I've tested whether I can select other restaurants and even other branches of this place. For some reason the app doesn't like the Philz at Embarcadero. You guys are from SF, so you know how traumatic this is! ;-) I love the app for ordering my coffee when I get on bart then walking right up and grabbing before I head to Work

A lot more restaurants are on here than I thought there'd be. After you start using it. it becomes second nature -esque to use it whenever possible.

Being a driver since February and so far enjoyed it. But last night, the dispatcher called and basically blamed me for her fault. Her name is Britt and never apologized. Everyone else is great but this one killed it for me.

Darn good app! More and more of my favorite places are coming on board. Simple to use... good stuff! Highly recommend.

Cannot select AM PM in order time from Android.

I wanted to preorder so when I get there my order is ready for either pickup or dine-in. No such a thing. Just delivery!!! Needs improvement. Useless to me.

This company is very Deceptive to both it's customers and their delivery drivers. They mark up all the prices on the customers, receive tips, on top of that they don't give to the tips to the drivers; the company keeps all the tips. Despite stating in the FAQ section that, the delivery drivers receive 100% of tips (LIES) If you tip you should the driver directly and not the app. I refuse to continue delivering for a company that operates in such ways, this company won't last long.

Needs real release notes, not some generic statement about bug fixes.
