Restaurants seem to be able to decide for themselves whether they are considered a "participating location" for these deals. Despite having six KFCs near me, I was told I'd have to drive to a city over two hours away to be able to use this app. If a restaurant is going to dismiss their customers like this, they shouldn't be listed in the app.

Even though I have an account the app keeps losing my address. Also no prices listed in menu. Ended up ordering from Domino's pizza instead. KFC website is no better. Drinks and Sides menu is missing completely.

I had to down it again because I have a different phone but it doesn't give you the option to sign in, only sign up. How dumb is that

This app is horrible. As others have said, no deals show up, keeps looking like they're downloading...circle spinning over and over...no deals

Update: problem still exists in November, 2016. I have 100 Mbps internet and a healthy S5 and it takes minutes for tye app to update deal. It takes so long. Original : (Sept 2016): The deals are too predictable. Offers less than the circular coupons. Monday is always dark waiting for the app to update. Don't plan on using an offer on the Monday. Also, it rotates between a percentage off one week then either 14 or more piece bucket meal. Wish there was more as well as a frequent buyer program.

Use to go oncena week. Will not return until they man up and address this issue. Will go to chicken delight instead.

I installed the app, selected the closest location, followed Google maps to find myself in the middle of houses.

Just re-installed this... uhm where's the login option? Why is there only a sign up form? Can I sign up with the same email? [Answers don't matter, UI needs to clarify the nature of the form though, is it actually signing up with a backend database which we can login later, or is it just making a temporary account to use with this mobile instance until next format/new phone?]

Horrible app. Try to find out "This Week's Club Deal" and all you get is the "revolving busy" symbol. Reflects badly on company.

The app only allows you to sign up, not sign in. Shows a lack of experience by the app team. Navigation is impossible. There's no point to having this app.

Okay, so why in NL do people have to pay $34.99 for a family special and anywhere else in Canada it's $29.99. I think I will go to Mary Browns where the prices and quality are 10 fold over KFC.

Everytime I try to go into the app it just ends up showing the death circle. Even after restarting my phone the same thing happens. Useless app!

It just keeps spinning on the deal page. Never has told me what this weeks deals are.

Coupons don't load up anymore, now useless app, please fix your app, worked fine before last update

Your map should only show who is a participant. Otherwise it's really a waste of space. More locations don't honour this app than do.

Everything works on my end for this app. Deals show up, make sure to click the 'opt in function.

They do not update deals in a timely manner. It is the 17th today, and still showing deals that expired on the 15th. Get it together.

I opened the app after downloading it on my android phone. My updates on my phone are current. I clicked the button to opt in for updates and downloads from you guys as one reviewer noted. But nothing. I added the picture for the card and pressed the button to "get card" and it just spun around forever. I had to keep turning my phone back on as it just kept timing out. I tried it a couple of times. Your app is getting very low ratings. But tried it for myself. You should respond to those trying your app.

Very slow retrieving deals on google nexus. Sometimes takes up to an hour.

This app worked up until the button to "Get card". At that point the "wait icon" just kept spinning for hours.

Like other users said when you click load deals it just keep spinning and not deals at all

I really like KFC we eat there. But I don't like the personal information you have to give to sign up for this app. Your email and a password should be lot's. Unless you change this I will not be using this app.
