KindyNow Childcare booking App

First of all, customer service is 5☆ A+. Initially the app wasn't working well, not syncing my son's details. But the latest update fixed this problem. And it works on my most needed time ( forgot to book my son for next day, and only remember it at midnight!) Anyway when I reinstall the app, found new msg from their staff, updating me. So I'm quite happy and satisfied. This app is a life saver for last minute booking. So keep it up. Thanks!

So many reviews here about "crashing unusable app" and i am no exception, Replies with contact us to help solve "your technical glitch". Well no it is your technical glitch not ours, try fixing it before uploading and releasing it, what a waste of time.

Logged issues when receiving crashes and have just emailed as well. Have not even been able to get in yet.

Every single time I open it I get the error 'Kindy Now has stopped'. Cannot even use it. So frustrating.

When installed the app it keeps saying "Kindynow has stopped". Not even able to see how it looks like

Used it before around 1 year ago, and it worked fine. Now it just keeps crashing and freezing me out. I can't notify any absences at all.

crashes every time i open it

It said its sent an sms but i havnt recieved anything!?

The idea is good. Only ever worked for one child. Never credited for an absent day. Has not worked for a long time despite repeated contact. Kept crashing so reinstalled to find it does not recognise my mobile number. I pay high childcare fees and expect the app to actually work.

Since the update, it comes up with an error message when I try to load my bookings. Tried to uninstall and reinstall and now I can't even log in because it stops working when I enter my phone number.

I was forced to update the app. Now my mobile number is no longer recognized and I cannot access the app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstlling the app and have contacted both my daycare and "Help" only to be told by each to contact the other! I used to love the older version, never had a problem with it but this version I HATE... Please fix it

But it chewed up all my internet and now I can't sign back into the app

I've been using this app for a while now with no issues. Requested upgrade however now it wont even loaded. Pls fix

Keeps crashing on startup

Firstly downloaded and then would not start up after an "upgrade". Thought I'd try reinstalling it to see if that helped the issue... Nope, now it won't send me the SMS code so I can register!! Suggest not installing this app until they've fixed the issues, it is basically unusable.

Terrible. Its a great system....when it actually works. Which has been ONCE!!!

Apps keeps on crashing need improvement

Love the app. So easy, saves time. Awesome. Needs to allow to cancel casual bookings as well with no penalty.

A good idea in principle, but the app let's it down. Crashes a lot which inevitably costs parents money.

I've played with this app for a good day and find it really easy to book sessions. I also had issues with a few previous bookings but their customer support is on par great and sorted everything out within minutes. Thanks!

The push notifications at 6am on usual daycare days asking if my child is still going to daycare today are irritating.

This was awesome when it was working. It was a luxury to make last minute decisions and see if there was chilcare available. Rather than calling at 6am. Please bring it back!

Stopped working
